“Along the Way” is the incredibly dynamic debut album from the Indie Alt-Rock Country-Inspired up and coming Switzerland-based artist The Ragtag Roots. While each of the tracks on the album contains their own brand of mesmerism, “On the Tracks” is undoubtedly the best introduction to their distinctive sound.
On the Tracks may be one of the more stripped back singles on their debut album, but the combination of the narrative lyrics and the sheer amount of palpable talent on display in the synergetic instrumental arrangement also makes it one of the more immersive tracks.
While fretboard mastery has always been a cornerstone of Blues, The Ragtag Roots have made sure that the captivating vibrancy of the soaring guitar notes stands out by a country mile (pun kind of intended).
