It’s jangly, it’s chaotic, it’s feverish, and that’s just how The Latebloomer’s single “Mid Chameleon” snuck onto our radar. Even the staunchest fans of New Wave, Post Punk and Indie Rock would be hard pressed to find a single which pumps as much viscerally electrifying energy into the guitar progressions.
The stunning single is just one of the 6 tracks to feature on the US-based up and coming artist’s latest EP “Frames” while each track stands as a testament to their diversity to their expressively pioneering Alt Rock sound there is no better introduction to Mid Chameleon. Fans of bands such as the Smiths, Modest Mouse, the Kooks, and the Strokes are sure to be enamoured by the sticky-sweet vocals paired with the palpably charismatic edge to the Latebloomers.
