Illmatiq has dropped their entrancing Electro House Viral-Worthy hit ‘Roses’ featuring Fin Music Universal

Dance artist and producer Illmatiq may be new to the industry, but his debut EP, ‘Boy Meets World’, featuring Fin Music Universal, is ablaze with high-octane nuance and maturity.

The EP features the standout single ‘Roses’, there’s a beautiful sense of irony in the fact that the track is an absolute gift to the airwaves. It definitely wouldn’t have been out of place on Chase & Status’ iconic No More Idols collaborative album.

Without a hint of hyperbole, the Trancey Electro House beats deserves to go viral. Whatever mood it catches you in, Roses is going to boost it. With the irresistible blasts of bass finding perfect synergy with the trailblazing artist’s grimy vocals, you’ll want to give Roses plenty of repeat attention every time you want to feel rhythmically instilled euphoria.

JJ Mickey delivers adrenalizing Techno ingenuity with “Razor Elegant”

Canadian artist and producer JJ Mickey has dropped their most mesmerising release to date, Razor Elegant. From carnivalesque kaleidoscopic whirlwinds to build-ups which will leave you tense with anticipation, you can expect all of that and more.

The excitement I usually reserve for bands such as Nekrogoblikon started to manifest as soon as Razor Elegant hit it’s momentously entrancing peak. With the artist’s proclivity to play around with 8-bit and 16-bit Chiptune along with their affinity for Trance, Industrial and Classical, JJ Mickey delivered an insanely (quite literally) immersive drop with Razor Elegant.

If you have a penchant for experimental producers, you’ll definitely want JJ Mickey on your radar.

Alith Berndarn has released their experimentally transfixing infusion of Electronica and Future Pop “Signs”

Vienna-born Hamburg-native artist and producer Alith Berndarn has recently released his third single Signs. If he’s not already on your radar, the unique infusion of Electronica and Future Pop will convince you fairly quickly that he deserves a spot.

With a teasingly downtempo start, Signs gradually and seamlessly gains euphoric momentum. The tight evolutions in the soundscape leave you compelled to hit repeat so that you can be taken on the grooving progressive journey once more.

As far as upbeat earworms go, Signs was unforgettably entrancing. You’ll be hooked by your curiosity of where the sound will go next and by the arrestive progressions which will leave you at the mercy of Alith Berndarn’s ingenuity.

If all artists were as bold with their sound as Alith Berndarn was with Signs, I don’t even know where we’d be aside from leagues apart from where we are now. We already can’t wait to hear what comes next.

Signs is available to stream on all major platforms via this link.

Tribal EDM explosions of goodness with Lauretta Rua’s debut release ”Purity”

https://soundcloud.com/laurettarua/purity-edm-trance-tribal-funky-july-2020

Upcoming producer/beat badass Lauretta Rua impresses on new earthy Nu Everything track called ”Purity”.

This is perfect to chill with, groovy it up in the lounge, find that funky rhythm outside, get your drums and keep it tribal, rip up the rules and get trance-y, keep the volume up on EDM or you can do what is best and Nu Disco-it up until the sun starts shining bright. The point is that this is music to be enjoyed and I love the pureness and different genres all rolled into one here like a great night out.

Purity” is the perfect name for the new producer Lauretta Rua’s debut release. She is still new in the music scene and will hopefully stay away from all of the negative elements that plague it at times. This is a coming out song that strides up and pricks your ears back with interest.

Check out Bandcamp for this epic tune.

EDM artist Isaac Schein has made their debut with the progressively fierce single “I’ll Make It Through” featuring Gabrielle Zwi

EDM artist and producer Isaac Schein has made their debut with their intensely progressive single “I’ll Make It Through” featuring Gabrielle Zwi.

You’ll have trouble deciding what hits harder, the resounding vocals or the striking piano chord progressions which introduce the entrancing mix. There was no anticipating the colossal bass-heavy build-up which I’ll Make It Through contains. From a Neo-Classic score to a high-octane EDM hit which will leave you galvanised. You’ll find all of that and more in the expertly-crafted soundscape which oozes maturity, ingenuity and sheer transfixion.

It is only after I’ll Make It Through has faded to a close do you get an idea of how truly rhythmically arrestive the soundscape was. Debut singles are rarely as exciting as this. Evidently, Isaac Schein is one to watch. Get them on your radar.

It wasn’t long before the high-energy futuristic mix quickly garnered plenty of acclaim from Techno, Tech House and Trance fans alike. Even without clubs to hit, the galvanising track became a playlist staple for anyone looking for a rhythmically hypnotic track to sink into.

The style, structure and execution of the extended-length are typical from what you can expect from Darth Athena, but with Polyzap, they created their most distinctive and daring track yet. You’re getting closer by Pasquale: trance music meeting chillout

Should you be laying on the couch and enjoying your downtime, rest assured you’d likely be entertaining yourself with Pasquale’s latest track You’re getting closer.

Experimenting with different features of trance music leading through a chillout path that prides itself on a sapient moog melody, what you delve into is a sequence of warm and smooth loops within a dynamic yet slow-beat tempo.

Lyrically essential, the repetition of the title makes you feel like you’re in the proximity of achieving the good place you expected to be in but that didn’t turn out the way you dreamed of, inviting you to look back into your past, your actions, your motives, and see if they account for who you are today.

It’s time you grant yourself some relaxed “you-time” to peruse your inner thoughts and listen to You’re getting closer on Youtube.

‘Let’s Get It On’ – Doyle Remix: A Musical Layer Cake Perfect for Isolation!

If asked for sane, measured advice as to which songs one must listen to in a pandemic, ‘Let’s Get It On’ by Marvin Gaye, would be way, way, way down there near the end of the list. If you live alone, it’s the song you play when you finally grieve your genitals as they have to turned to dust and ashes and you are ready to send them off with tears and a service. ‘Let’s Get It On’……ah the good old days!

So it behooves one to amend the isolation list with this new release from Doyle. He has remixed the heck out of this classic, brought it to the top of my list and, where once it was a beautiful dirge that reminded me of the slow disintegration of my bits and the unchecked growth of leg hair, Doyle has waved his wand and magically turned it into a Celebration of Life. His head must be chocked full of grand influences like Reggeaton, Afrobeats, Trance and Dance. I say that because he has turned a masterpiece into an anthem. A dreamy interpretation of an old favourite; the unadulterated sexy growl of Gaye combined with the hopeful, eye-closed, dancing around the kitchen in your knickers,  inspired funk-fest.

Listen to The Doyle Remix of ‘Lets get it on’ on Soundcloud. I think it deserves a deep curtsy!

Charles Hansen has dropped an aural EDM monster we can all relate to with “Quarantine Distress”

https://soundcloud.com/charles-hansen-music/quarantine-distress

Synths don’t come much friendlier than the eccentrically accessible notes in the aural monster of an EDM mix “Quarantine Distress” by Charles Hansen which was released on March 26th.

The funky vibrant mix may bet short and sweet, but the instrumental track is entrancingly energetic from start to finish. Charles Hansen typically sticks to composing more melodically transient tracks. Yet, Quarantine is an organically uplifting mix which will be more than efficacious at pulling you out of your own isolated funk.

Finding Electronic Dance producers who offer personality and soul through their tracks may not be an easy feat, but Charles Hansen has more than made up for that shortage. It may not fix the current hand sanitizer and toilet paper scarcity, but any discerning EDM fans will agree that danceable euphoric earworms are just as essential.
