‘Waste My Time‘ from Chillhum and Devyn Sawyer is a bouncy true story of love that joins our hearts a lot closer. After a listlessly lonely year, this is a warm embrace that digs at the real issues.

Time seems to go a lot faster and you don’t want to waste your time with someone that doesn’t have the same morals as you. This is the culmination and exactly what happened to Ethan as he left college and relocated to Los Angeles where he studied production at Icon Collective. It was during this time that he took on the name Chillhum and from there music has been the major focus. The passion is here and the exquisite intrinsic intertwining melodies gave us shivers. This is a quality track.

Producer-songwriter-musician Ethan Bedell, aka Chillhum, brings to the table an unmistakably unique and genre-bending style that is clearly a sound crafted over years of experiences and lessons learnt. Life as a musician has inspired him to bring us a sound that is different, soaked is skills and love.

Walking through the fog of 2020: A gem in the dust with full album ‘Leaving Neverland‘ from Fabric YXE and Dayda Banks is a self-searching faith journey that has Hip Hop fans awake.

This is a spiritual awakening. So often, Hip Hop artists forget the power they have. A genre that ripped through from the underground to become the American dream. From there most of the whole world followed suit and music became harder to find. This is something different. Enlightened Hip Hop with lots of soul.

‘Leaving Neverland‘ from Fabric YXE and Dayda Banks has lots of highlights and the album keeps your attention the whole way through without faltering.

‘Scars‘ is the first and probably best track of all. The hunger is apparent and the beat is uplifting and dark too. The flow is haunting and shows intent. Other highlights are without doubt ‘Count Sheep‘, ‘Garden of my Own‘ and ‘Gatekeeper‘ and gritty and with meaning. The stories are movie-like, the picture is painted without mainstream corny riffs, this is that well-constructed music that took months of toil, not a few minutes of mumble nonsense. This is on the best Hip Hop releases of 2020 and the world needs to listen with the volume up.

The multi-talented Canadian composer/singer Julia Vasiliev is quite fantastic on her new beautiful single called ‘Scarves of Saturn‘.

Julia Vasiliev is a fantastic young Toronto based composer. She first learnt how to play the piano at the age of 6, improvising and composing has always been a heartfelt passion. Julia likes to use melancholy moods and themes, she uses the piano to express the motions she experiences in her adventurous life. Julia has 14 years of singing experience at the Holy Trinity church choir and sung in the University of Guelph Symphonic Choir. This is a young lady that likes to push herself and she does what she loves.

You stare up into the sky and wonder what is out there, your heart beating as you think of all the planets out there. This curiosity has always been inside you and now you are looking even deeper, trying to find meaning in it all.

Julia Vasiliev’s ‘Scarves of Saturn‘ is a fantastic piece of art, the beauty shines through and you can feel some sadness too, perhaps of an old memory that hasn’t passed yet. This is a stunning instrumental and this is a masterful performance that would be best with the volume turned up real high.

Lori Triplett is an indie singer-songwriter based out of Nashville. She is a fine young singer who has a wholesome style, her music is for all ages. This is an artist who sees true beauty out of bad situations. This is the 4th & final single from her new ‘Slow Poison’ EP.

There is so much talk but you feel like things could be so much better. They don’t have money for you but do for their own tattoos. You are feeling a bit used and think that they are just with you for one reason. You know you need to move on to be truly happy and this might be the right time. Would they love you more if you were her?

With a sultry but classy voice, the words are clear and the picture is so bright. Lori Triplett is a real talent and I could listen to her all day on ‘If My Name Were New York‘. The way she holds her voice so well and each breath seems to be so meaningful.

Taken off new EP ‘Surrender‘, this is the latest song from exciting LA duo C Major 7.

Working on a ridiculous amount of songs with a well-known producer based in Los Angeles, California, named Jeremy Gardner, is the stunningly sweet singer Liel Bar-Z . Their joint project is called C Major 7.

The rustling vinyl, the smooth vocals of this fine singer, these two make a quality team with a combined mindset right now. The plan is make beautiful music and this goal has been achieved greatly. Liel Bar-Z and Jeremy Gardner make a strong team with their soulful song, this is everything that we need during this sick time of mass carnage. Luckily, music like this heals.

C Major 7 strike an absolute gem here and ‘Believe‘ is that sad song that also contains true life stories. You are a bit naive to the world, you have some bumps and bruises- only to grow much stronger. This is a lovely ballad, full of love and knowing that you will learn from these crazy times.

He joins forces here with the excellent TK Swag to brings us a perfect confident, groovy ride song with added sax to send us a fun video full of promise.

From Trans-Ekulu Enugu in Nigeria and after studying psychology, Terry now has his growing music and a promising voice-over career happening as we speak. He is on a mission to get his music out there to the world.

This is all about knowing that you are on the move and feeling good right now. You are not easy and you want to be with that special girl. You are feeling happy inside, work is going well and its time to believe you can do this.

With the help of elegant singer-songwriter and recording artist Mary Jo, Nine Moves West rocks in with the new single, ‘Death of Me‘.

Arising from Boston at Berklee College of Music, Benjamin Roche of Nine Moves West have continued their journey making their unique alternative, retro-futuristic, cinematic rock take on music. The formula is working quite well and this is such great music.

With a brooding start, you feel like something special is going to happen here. On further listens, that intuition is proved correct. The vocals from Benjamin reach heights that you just don’t expect. This is a laid-bare track with Mary adding a vital sound to make this song even better. The sounds are backed up with flawless production that simmers in the door, awaiting to be set free.

Nine Moves West consists of front-man Benjamin Roche, with surreal sounding synthesizers, heavy guitars, intense drum rhythms, and cinematic vocal performances, this is just good music. Mary Jo & Nine Moves West rocks in with the new single, ‘Death of Me‘, that combines so many talents into one big package of goodness. This is a song to throw on loud and proud.

New Jersey-born AD Robinson steams up the year with ‘Psychic‘, a quality R&B track that sizzles in your ears.

Taken off his latest album ‘Crowd Noise‘, ‘Psychic‘ is the freshly brewed track from the talented young singer-songwriter. The former track athlete who went to Rhode Island is skilled in many different areas, and it seems like now music is his major focus.

Currently a solo artist in his adopted home, he sings with a skill that was born inside his heart. When you learn 6 instruments, this is a human that has music in all of his veins. With an excellent vocal ability that is never too much, the lyrics are honest and this is a terrific listen.

AD Robinson is on top form on his love-torn, life happenings on the R&B track ‘Psychic‘. 2020. He is a new artist in the game but has a voice and mentality that will lead the way into becoming who he wants.
