Vinyl Disciples & Myah Marie lust for that endless summer with ”Craving California”

Sometimes you just know what you want. You lust after the summer skies and frolicking in the pool with your sunglasses on. You swim all day and party all night. This is the life we all crave at the moment but sadly the world is on pause for the time being. Luckily, there is some incredible music out there to make us happy and here is a real gem of a dance song that will cheer you up.

Vinyl Disciples & Myah Marie have teamed up to bring us an absolute gem. This track is all about summer and comes right at the time I was thinking about booking a trip to Greece. California would be nice of course but the US is in the grips of a wild time so that idea is on hold for the time being.

Craving California” is a sun-soaked picture of an ideal weekend that is sumptuously vocalized by the breath-taking talent of Myah Marie who takes us on a sparkling daydream. With Mishaal Alireza, Mete Aslan and Edwin Matos on the beautiful Boston-made beat as Vinyl Disciples, we are in safe hands. Bring on summer.

Nottingham’s Mollie Ralph is ready for her real man with soul-licious single ”Fella”

Life should be simple when it comes to love. You meet, connect, get to know each other and decide if you are a good match. Due to Social Media and Dating Apps weirdly warping our beloved brains love has become way more unnecessarily complicated. Then, the magnificent vocals of Mollie Ralph bolts into your confused ears with her soul tingled voice and changes this sad sentiment in an instant. She wants her real man now and is ready. Molly is tired of boys and their silly games.

This is a beautifully created song and is so honest. A story about being asked to be in 2nd place and not taking the bait with smooth words. We should all the number one right?

Nottingham singer Mollie Ralph catches your attention with her pure voice and she strikes through like a lightning storm through your healing heart. This is real talent right here. ”Fella’‘ is an absolute anthem and I love her vivid honesty here. She wants to be number one and I’m with her on this notion. Why would you want to settle and be number two even if life would be easier? Surely you would end up resentful and bitter about the whole arrangement. I could imagine Mollie impressing live with her phenomenal vocal range that is massively impressive. This young UK artist is surely on the way to the top.

LaiLaiTee reminds us to always have love ”On Your Mind”

Tokunbo Samuel aka LaiLaiTee is an Irish-Nigerian singer-songwriter and producer. Recently, he relocated to Johannesburg in South Africa to study and record music. LaiLaiTee describes his style of music as Afro-fusion and that’s exactly the vibe going there. It’s Africa to the core and I personally love it. Being South African born, this reminds me of some wild parties and music to bounce to while in the mini-bus taxi headed to work.

On Your Mind” is a well-produced song that is passionately delivered with outstanding vigor from a clearly talented artist. This is a man who knows what is wants and is finding out what is on her mind. He wants clarity and won’t stop until he has the answer. LaiLaiTee is currently in the City of Gold in South Africa where he will find the biggest music industry in Southern Africa. He has a big future and big things are set to come. You can feel his willingness to put in 100% and not expect anything given to him.

Litface throws debut Hip Hop truth story ”Lie2me” that strikes hot

When you are young it is easy to get wrapped up and obsessed with your crush. Even if they aren’t the right person for you. After being burnt a few times you will soon learn this sad but valuable lesson.

Litface is a brand new producer emcee who has just thrown a scorcher with the fiery single ”Lie2me”. He is used to women lying to him and has found a way to get over it quickly. He prefers the 420 method and has developed a thick skin to deal with heartbreak. We are with him in this story of love and knowing your worth. Not letting anyone bring you down is the message here. Wise words indeed from the young emcee who has so much pure potential with this music game. His style is very new school and his lyrics match the current dating game. Everything happens so fast and the old school romance is decidedly rare in this new generation of dating apps and social media. Hopefully this song inspires his fans to take their time and not let anyone play them. A strong message indeed.

California R&B singer Morgan Crite brings us that special feeling with ”Look of Love”

Morgan Crite has a special voice and sings with such love and affection. ”Look of Love” is all about knowing that your special crush is into you too. You just know and feel it inside your body and bones. That is a stunning feeling and one that you cherish and wish could last forever.

Morgan is from Bakersfield, California and is making his mark in the music scene. With just three singles out he is a new name in the game but shows a lot of potential. His voice is pure and he takes us into his picture of love and seems to have that butterfly feeling inside his stomach. He is clearly taken aback and this is a really good R&B effort from the young singer.

Look of Love” will be a popular R&B song that is played when the lights are lit dimly and let’s hope that he creates more songs like this. I anticipate him joining forces with a female singer soon on a song as this will be an intriguing dynamic. Morgan Crite is a name to watching in the US music scene for 2020 and beyond.

”Oh!” is dazzling new dance-pop single from Nolan G. (feat. Mateo Centeno)

When you care about someone so much but they keeping on pushing back and it makes you wonder why. Perhaps the timing is wrong or they like a few people. Maybe you will never know. Maybe you should go deeper and try and find out what is going on inside. Or is this a road that you shouldn’t go down at all?

Oh!” is the brand spanking new single from Nolan G. (feat. Mateo Centeno) and it took me a few listens to get into it. Once I did however, I started dancing along and even tried out a new dance move in my lounge that I had been itching to do. This is a song all about the person that you care about but you aren’t sure if they feel the same way. Are they just playing you the whole time is the question here. You want them to care for you and if they don’t then the least they can do is let you down carefully and with class. This is a dance pop song that has good energy and I like the teamwork between Nolan and Mateo. They have a good vibe and let’s hope for more fun releases from the young pair.

Toronto Nu-Metal band Under Stolen Skies release solidarity single called ”Kill Corrupt”

This is a group that is fed up with all the nonsense around us in the world. They rage through the machine style and rock the speakers until they are smoking with anger. This is music that inspires and would make an awesome movie soundtrack. This is the follow up track to ”State Of I’‘ which was reviewed in April by Amelia Vandergast.

Canadian act Under Stolen Skies needed a way to tackle the frustrations towards the corrupt systems that regulates their society and feel that things are way to cruel and unjust right now. A brave stance indeed and one that must be applauded. They are fed up and taking a stand with such a powerful song.

Nu Metal punk rockers Under Stolen Skies sing and rap their way into our sights with a powerful political statement that fits 2020 like a tight glove. ”Kill Corrupt” urges the world to open up their eyes to not be complacent anymore and stop all the wrongs that are happening right now. We live in a crazy world and this smashing track is all about being unified. That is the only way to make this beautiful planet better again.

That special feeling of caring so much for that person in your life that makes you happy. Your heart flutters like a cheeky bird that is in the beautiful blue sky. Life seems so simple and you smile. This is what life should be.

Manchester indie-folk band The Superphone are back with new music and have blessed our souls with the deliciously tasty ”Fly So High”. I was in a funk today as the weather outside really got me down. All changed after playing this single on repeat.

My ears feel like they are flying so high in the trees when I turn this song up. UK act The Superphone are such a crispy bundle of treats and spoil us with ”Fly So High”. 15 years plus experience in the music business shows on this one and you just want to sing along. This is all about love and that inner feeling that everything is going to be okay. Sparking real change with inspirational Ark 4 Africa’s new anthem ”It’s Just a Memory”

Ark 4 Africa are an evolving group of musicians with a massive mission of epic proportions on their shoulders. They have just released the inspiring song for their new single ”It’s Just a Memory”. If you stream this song from iTunes or other music platform you are helping Noah’s Ark and its Global Conservation and Climate Action initiatives.

Noah’s Ark is a state of the art animal and ecological conservation park. It will cover 100 square kilometers on the North East coast of Kwa-Zulu Natal in South Africa. This will be the largest and most ambitious conservation project in history. The construction was scheduled to start in August 2020. The aim is to save species on the brink of extinction from all over the world.

This is the follow up from 2019’s ”It Takes the World to Make a Miracle” which is a song that really made a splash. ”It’s Just a Memory” follows the same formula and we are brought into a story that involves a world without animals for our kids to see up close. The vocals are beautiful on this song as we are taken on an emotional ride.

Remembering those loving memories that made our heart happy can be a good and bad experience. You are grateful for them but you can also be quite resentful as they are laced by with a slice of sadness. The love is over and its time to heal and move one. Thinking about that special person for too long is very dangerous as it can consume you. Your sub-conscious can hold you back from unlocking the door to your pure happiness.

The Ivy are a synth-pop outfit from Oklahoma in the USA and they slide through the sparkling speakers with a glowing energy that screams quality. They are on the rise globally with over three hundred thousand listeners per month on Spotify which is very impressive. The band’s sound is pure, likable and super memorable.
