Latin fusion shaking with Yerba Colorá’s ‘Menéalo’

Menéalo means ‘shake it’ in Spanish and that is exactly the vibe on ‘Menéalo‘. This is a vibrant song from Yerba Colorá to get our day started.

Yerba Colorá is an international latin fusion band based in Marburg, Germany. The band was formed in 2016 by singer-songwriter and guitarist Naomi Keates from Manchester in England. Paired up with percussionist Sibori Zuñiga Molina from Cusco in Peru. The line-up was completed with Jörg Sebald from Marburg in Germany on the bass and Corey Taylor from Adelaide in Australia on lead guitar. The band’s influences span from rock to cumbia, with an affectionate nod to son cubano and the general motto “play whatever you feel like”. I love this vibe and energy. You also feel that this is a band that was created organically. With a world-wise lineup, this is an international band of note.

Taken off ‘¡Eh! P.‘, this is the 1st release and what a joyful sound it is. With stunning female vocals that sound so scrumptious in my ears. I could see myself shaking it with old friends and new friends. This is happy music that is much appreciated in 2020.

Johnny Rock Band rock out with a fun party vibe on ‘Hotdog on a Stick Song’

Johnny Rock Band rocks in with the summer special ‘Hotdog on a Stick Song‘.

Growing up in Encinitas raised on music, art, surfing and avocados. Tate Sanderson aka Johnny Rock loves being with his trusty guitar and also never cutting his hair. Life is too short to care about that. He would attend surf P.E. in the morning then turn in a song he wrote for credit in English class later in the day.

A dream, a guitar and a lot of ambition tossed Johnny onto the highway of life, touring the U.S, Mexico and over in Japan. He had been dreaming of playing all over the world and this has turned into a reality.

Johnny Rock Band rolls in with his new song ‘Hotdog on a Stick Song‘ and this is a fun story. This is all about having a good time and not worrying too much. This is a great message and an ode to making 2020 better. Music and life should be enjoyed. I love the cruising vibe here and the solos are fantastic. I could imagine watching this band at a sweaty festival and rocking out to them.

Tim Trilioni is a New Orleans native, singer-songwriter and business mogul. His savvy lyrics and catchy style has caught the attention of artists and fashion elites around the world. He is known for his fashion contributions to pop-culture and musical contributions to artists, entertainment venues and movie soundtracks.

‘Corona Virus‘ from Tim Trilioni is an indie journey all about the horrible pandemic that has taken over the world. The planet is a mess and we are all in pain. When will this madness all end? Tim sings with such heart and you can feel the pain in his voice. Tony Aye is back with vibrant single ‘Nobody But U’

Tony Aye is an energetic singer-songwriter who is back with the new single called ‘Nobody But U‘.

Tony Aye is singer-songwriter from Baltimore in the USA. Originally from Albuquerque in New Mexico, Tony uses a wide variety of influences and musical styles to create unique and dynamic music with a strong lyrical base. After being a gospel artist from his whole career, in 2019 he decided to move towards a career as a Neo-Soul & Pop Artist. Tony is using his new platform to embrace all of who he is as a proud Black Gay man as well as a teacher and public speaker.

‘Nobody But U‘ from Tony Aye is a fun song that is all about letting that special person know that you only have eyes for them. You care about them so much and only want to be happy and spend your life with them. This is a vibrant track with a huge fun factor with the R&B fused energy. A quality track indeed and one that gives 2020 hope.

Indianapolis band Fifth Lucky Dragon stroll in with entertaining ‘Timeline’

Alt-Pop with cinematic sauce on the side is the style here from Fifth Lucky Dragon on their new song ‘Timeline‘.

In a climate of ruthless competition for our attention, the stakes for each of us individually to create have never been higher. It is infinitely easier to passively consume than it is to actively create. Observation, reflection, and the generation of new thoughts are inherently wrapped in the creative process which faces troubling erosion among current and future generations. The music of Fifth Lucky Dragon is informed by these realities. Through lyrical integrity and sonic innovation, Fifth Lucky Dragon hopes to deliver music that resonates beyond the songs themselves.

The beat shines through a door that has been locked up for many years. I haven’t heard music like this before. ‘Timeline‘ is an intriguing song from the dance-pop 3 piece group that are certainly very creative with their beats. I do feel like dancing here and get the feeling that this song is about relationships. You were in one but feel like the person is better off without you. The feeling of being alone is too real right now.

Fifth Lucky Dragon from ‘Timeline‘ is a fun ride and we are lucky to listen to this. This is a wild ride into the new school.

Swindon’s indie pop band Atari Pilot are here with the new single that flows in called ‘Wrong Captain’.

After conquering cancer, this is an artist who knows what it is like to be down underwater. Now back in the music game, Atari Pilot fly through the storms on this fine new single.

“After coming through a battle with cancer I’ve never been more excited and grateful to be able to play and create music. it really feels like my best days are ahead. I had such amazing support during my illness from so many people it was really humbling. I feel like I’m on a mission To spread a positive energy and message to as many people as I can.”

‘Wrong Captain’ is about making sure that you go with the right captain in the world. If you choose the wrong one then you could be in trouble and sink far under the seas. Atari Pilot swirl in with a fab song that is sure to inspire the world.

Rebel Muzik is a Trinidadian-American music conglomerate who seeks to create a unique sound that explores beyond the limits of just one genre. Versatility in music continues to be their mission to create and seamlessly mix the rhythmic sounds of the Caribbean with other genres to create a unique sound within the lane of electronic, pop, EDM and dance.

‘All Those Memories‘ from Rebel Muzik is a dance pop track that speaks on all those good memories in life and how we should remember them. This is a commercial party track that flows through the speakers here. The New York City group make catchy music and have won yet again with this catchy beat. You will want to dance, kiss, hug and sway to this one all night. Taking pictures and sticking them on the fridge is the key here, never forget those good times.

Jupiter’s Beard plead for leaders on indie rock ‘Mr. Billionaire’

Stoke-On-Trent rockers Jupiter’s Beard are back with their new indie track that fires through the streets on ‘Mr. Billionaire‘.

From the backdrop of post-industrial struggle, Jupiter’s Beard have galvanized the youth in their home city of Stoke-on-Trent. Their close musical bond, formed during early school years, has driven Jupiter’s Beard to deliver a well-developed sound and artistic maturity that is so clear to see. They are ready for the big time. This is a band that rocks.

‘Mr. Billionaire‘ is a call for those with money to do better. We need good leaders at this time to see what is needed to fully help the UK. Right now, things are a mess and funding is needed to keep the music scene as healthy as possible. With fiery indie rock vocals that shines through, I love the rhythm of this new single from Jupiter’s Beard. They do their best to inspire the local community and are a band we can all get behind.

Erich Joseph fires in with terrific ‘Arizona Heart’

Texas singer Erich Joseph returns with the fantastic ‘Arizona Heart‘.

Erich Joseph is a singer-songwriter, guitarist and producer based out of Houston, Texas. Picking up the guitar at age 4, Erich has been in love with music since he first tried to play. The bug was set already. From listening to everything from Frank Sinatra to Periphery and by playing in a variety of bands as a young teenager. Erich built up an eclectic music taste, and it shows in his songwriting. He is also the lead guitarist of local band Nick and the Groove. This is an artist who likes to push himself.

Erich Joseph’s ‘Arizona Heart‘ is a story of giving your all no matter what. No matter what the circumstances, you can achieve anything you want. Coming from Arizona, Erich knows what hard work is and does what he can do make sure that his standard is high. This is as fine indie-rock track for 2020.

Alix Perti is an alternative artist from Long Island New York. He is dedicated to bending genres and taking his audience on a trippy experience somewhere in the galaxy they’ve never been before. Originally producing hip hop beats, he was swept up by the psychedelic and punk rock scene. Alix has found a way to weaponize his passion, heartbreak and revolutionary attitude, into explosive tracks and storytelling. His promise is to always bring out pure music no matter what.

‘Quarantea’ from Alix Perti is a psychedelic journey that bends through different genres as promised. The sound is real and authentic that it filters through the feelings that we have now in the world. The NYC artist is splendid on this brand new single that is a radical gem that has sparked up in the sands to lead us to better times.
