UK alt-folk sister duo māsa are at their organically natural best on the ‘Underside’

After stunning our battered hearts with their beautifully healing single, ‘My Love Went to Sea‘, from May, māsa sends us into a dreamy galaxy with their breathtaking effort, ‘Underside‘.

māsa (formerly known as Currer Bell), is a wonderful UK-based indie alt-folk duo who was created by two sisters who are intrinsically linked and make otherworldly music you can’t possibly dislike.

”From an early age, siblings Faron and Merle were home-schooled, which gave them the space to create a shared imaginary world brimming with characters and scenes to fill their storytelling songs.” ~ māsa

With their debut album ‘Sailors and Insomniacs‘ set for release this month, māsa engage our consciousness wide awake with a simply scintillating display of majestic goodness via a sweet song that is spiritually rejuvenating beyond preceding degrees of comprehension.

They have delightfully navigated through the noise and pollution of the world to remind us that true beauty does indeed still exist.

Wish You Could Of Loved Me Better: Sensational Chicago sister duo CORA show such scintillating class on debut single ‘Homesick’

As they courageously wrote this incredible song whilst their flight home from LAX was delayed, CORA open up their hearts which were sadly broken by two selfish guys who showed their true colors eventually on ‘Homesick‘.

CORA is a captivating Wisconsin-born, Chicago, Illinois-based sister indie pop duo formed by Meghan and Caitlin Foley. They soulfully formulate a lovely blend of excellent music melodies about the struggles of being in love, with the pressures of fake social media always around, as well as the journey to finding themselves.

”A few months ago we decided it was time to rebrand and change our name. We chose the name CORA which symbolizes the heart and honesty, which is what we want our music to represent, too.” ~ CORA 

This is the sad story about being with someone who seems sweet at first – but then shows you how indescribably devious they really are – as they are small-mindlessly manipulative and are only thinking of themselves. You take it on the chin for a while and hope for change but then it becomes too much, as you then know that their time is up and you need to escape quickly, before they control you like an evil nemesis forever.

With lusciously intertwined vocals and a close togetherness brewing so brightly like a shooting star, you sense that they are starting a new journey that they have been waiting for. Their mindset is now aligned and you feel like they will always communicate properly from now on. Their loving bond is alive and bright, as they sing so beautifully in unison to also help those who have been hurt by a cruel lost love.

Unshackle From The Pain: LA’s Anoopina refuse to be held down ever again with their superlative new single ‘Suffocate’

With a mysteriously alluring sound that penetrates your curiously intrigued senses, Anoopina shows us that they are in charge of their own destiny with their smash hit single visuals, that you will find impossible to take your eyes off for a second called ‘Suffocate‘.

Anoopina is the outstanding Los Angeles-based alt hip-hop group that comprises two self-motivated and highly talented sisters, who fantastically fuse alluring vocals from Anoo and tremendous raps from Pina.

They smartly inject that new school sound into your thirsty speakers that has you listening closer than before — as they clearly show us their mighty credentials — on a first-rate song that will have you supremely captivated beyond belief.

We are led into the side door of the underground warehouse and met with a crackling of the dusty chains. We are shown into an astounding video that captures the moment you take control of your life back when someone has the audacity to do physical harm to you, which will ultimately prove very costly to their unwise, cruel and manipulative decision. They got too close and you are making moves to rectify this situation no matter who is looking for you.

The crunch of the stylish black boots on the naked floor has you transported inside their imaginative minds and her almost-supernatural voice simmers into your mind, as for a moment you feel like she is really singing right next to you. Her sisters skillful raps somehow wrap tightly around your body and you feel frozen for a few moments, as they stare into your eyes and you feel a sense of relief and admiration for their skill level. Meshed on point by a heart-stopping beat that has you bewildered but also deeply fascinated, all somehow at the same moment in time.
