X/O breeds euphoric ‘Chaos’ in his latest EDM instrumental

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IPIV51NlIQ4

‘Chaos’ is the latest instrumental drop from the up and coming artist and producer X/O, who takes his influence from the likes of David Guetta, Martin Garrix and Alan Walker before melding the most entrancing elements together to create euphonically fresh mixes.

Any and all stylistic reminiscences are fleeting in Chaos, which progressively starts with a simple house melody before building into a euphoria harbinger. Instead of just pertaining the ability to fill a floor, Chaos also holds the capacity to whip that floor into an inhibition-less frenzy.

Zight – Number One featuring Adam Christopher: Euphoria-Fuelled EDM

Zight’s latest progressive house hit & music video featuring Adam Christopher has already racked up in excess of 155k streams since the premiere on March 24th. The F1 Championship may not seem the most likely inspiration for a vibey summer EDM hit. But the Hong Kong-born, London based producer succeeded in fusing his love for music and F1 in the single, which is just as panoramic and palpably euphoria-driven as the professionally shot video.

Even with the inspiration behind the single, there’s just enough ambiguity in the lyrics to transform Number One into your ultimate summer EDM playlist staple. It’s all but impossible to tire of the effortlessly radiant energy in Number One. Naturally, we can’t wait to hear what comes next.

Progressive House ‘Never Felt So Good’ than in Vekken’s Latest Single, Featuring Brooke Telling

One of the fastest ascending rising stars in the progressive house scene, Vekken, has gone interstellar with their vibrant floor-filler, Never Felt So Good, which celebrates visceral emotion while instilling it in the entrancing breaks and dizzying drops.

With Brooke Telling’s euphoria-teasing vocal timbre against the deftly orchestrated progressions that prove that Vekken knows just how to take rhythmic control with his mixes, Never Felt So Good will undoubtedly be one of the biggest EDM drops of 2022. No matter how many people continue to sleep on his colossal sound.

Never Felt So Good has hit the airwaves before, but not with the massive production behind this strident reimagining that keeps to the same script of compelling the listener to jump back into life with gratitude for the big things and the small. If you’ve been carrying excess misery baggage since lockdown ended, do yourself a favour and hit play.

Never Felt So Good was officially released on February 18th. You can check it out for yourselves by heading over to YouTube.

Vagic has released his liberatingly euphoric sophomore single, Free.

After making their 2021 debut, the electronica artist and producer Vagic has released their liberatingly sweet sophomore single, Free. Even with a few nods to Avicii, Vagic lives in no icon’s shadow with his enrapturing drops and ability to keep the momentum flowing right throughout the progressive electro house hit.

While the female vocals tempt hedonism, the instrumentals strip inhibition through the galvanising grooves that remind you how sweet letting loose and being free are. With a few more floor-fillers under their belt, we do not doubt that Vagic’s rise from the underground is imminent.

Free is now available to stream on Spotify.

Goshok subverts summer pop stereotypes with his latest single, Hold it Down, featuring Darren Fewins.

Treat your synapses to a shot of serotonin with Czech music producer, DJ and songwriter Goshok’s latest dance-pop single, Hold it Down, featuring vocals from Darren Fewins. Which specific EDM umbrella the visceral beats fall under may be hard to discern, but what is strikingly evident in the ebbs and flows of the single is the ardent passion within it.

Instead of crafting your average pop anthem that obsesses over skin-deep connections, Hold it Down delves into a sincerer pool of affection. The euphoria-packed track celebrates unconditional love and reminds the listener that no one is too idiosyncratic in the presence of true love. That will quite literally be music to plenty of people’s ears.

Hold it Down was officially released on October 1st; you can check it out for yourselves by heading over to SoundCloud.

Get your euphoria fix with MAR1’s alt-electronica single, Someone Else

If it has been a while since you’ve encountered an uplifting track that does what it says on the tin, delve into MAR1’s hyper-pop dance track, Someone Else, which uses distorted vocals that find ubiquitous synergy with the beats.

Someone Else was never orchestrated to fall in line with contemporary trends or style. The Alexandria, Egypt-hailing producer and DJ thrives when his electronic craft knows no stylistic bounds. Experimental it may be, but by no means is MAR1’s evocative sound niche. The artist has counted plenty of successes in his career, including joining big-name acts at festivals such as Firefly Music Festival. Something tells us that MAR1 won’t stop there, considering that his potential leaves us with as much hype as his energetic sound itself.

For the sake of your serotonin levels, safe space on your radar.

Someone Else is now available to stream via Spotify.

Petrokinetic – Rollercoaster Ride (Charli XCX / Alice Deejay Mashup Cover).

Moscow-based artist and producer Petrokinetic took some time out from creating his chaotic original mixes to mashup iconic tracks by Charli XCX and Alice DJ in his latest release, Rollercoaster Ride. Brace yourselves; it is full-blown bash of aural insanity.

The boundary-breaking maximalist’s sonic style was never cultivated to be comfortable. Instead, the artist stays true to his moniker and aims to hectically overwhelm his fans with his experimental energy. You have to hand it to him; you will find few aural experiences on the airwaves as visceral as this.

Petrokinetic’s mashup is now available to stream on SoundCloud.

shoegazer brings in the future of bass house with his latest single, ‘Modest Revolt’.

shoegazer

Tokyo-based music producer shoegazer’s eclectic style fuses ethereal ambience and unbridled energy with aggressively caustic textures to deliver a multifaceted sound that is only synonymous with his moniker.

His latest release, Modest Revolt, is a progressively electrifying hit that doesn’t discriminate on the genres under the EDM umbrella it draws from. With euphoric bass house-style drops and glitchy increments of dub house, Modest Revolt is an aural force to be reckoned with.

Many artists may have started to take the multi-genre approach, but very few can seamlessly meld the contrasting textures and make a hit that would make a dancefloor writhe like shoegazer can.

Modest Revolt is due for release on July 16th; check out shoegazer on Soundcloud.
