Lori Triplett is an indie singer-songwriter based out of Nashville. She is a fine young singer who has a wholesome style, her music is for all ages. This is an artist who sees true beauty out of bad situations. This is the 4th & final single from her new ‘Slow Poison’ EP.

There is so much talk but you feel like things could be so much better. They don’t have money for you but do for their own tattoos. You are feeling a bit used and think that they are just with you for one reason. You know you need to move on to be truly happy and this might be the right time. Would they love you more if you were her?

With a sultry but classy voice, the words are clear and the picture is so bright. Lori Triplett is a real talent and I could listen to her all day on ‘If My Name Were New York‘. The way she holds her voice so well and each breath seems to be so meaningful.

Sometimes, a certain singer just strikes your soul. Sarah Reynolds sings so beautifully about her strong faith on ‘Covers Me‘ and this is a stunningly projected song.

You can feel the love, it covers you and you feel happy. You feel pure and that trust is there and can’t ever be broken. You feel enlightened by all the energies that consume your mind and filter through your body. This is what peaceful love should be like. Things need to be real with no fakeness.

Singer-songwriter, composer and upcoming producer Sarah Reynolds is excellent on ‘Covers Me‘ and her voice takes your mind to another place. You remember when you last thought about your faith and what it means to you. The world moves so fast and sometimes things get lost. This is a performer with an abundance of real faith and she sings so beautifully. The words strike through your heart and you get it. Self-reflection is so important, if only just to take a minute to relax.

Melbourne’s Mechanical Pterodactyl show us the real music world in the dreamy-pop indie wonderland ‘Stars In Our Eyes‘.

This is the creation of multi-instrumentalist and producer Yen Nguyen, Mechanical Pterodactyl build Dreamy-pop creative compositions that place lasting lyrical melodies over a richly woven blend of captivating acoustic, electric and electronic instruments. There is so much skill here, the musicianship is of top quality.

After working in such varied genres such as Jazz, Hip Hop and Rock, you can feel the multi-skilled passion of this excellent artist. This is different music and the video is so true. Sometimes we go for a dream without fully mapping it all about like a master-plan. Things can go wrong real quick with reality strikes.

Melbourne’s Mechanical Pterodactyl are quite epic on the new single Stars In Our Eyes‘. This has dreamy-pop lathered up and stuck all deep in our ears, the song is radiant and fresh. They join the lists of Australian bands that are joined together with goodness, the golden age of bands in the marvellous music-crazy country.

Nightmarine‘ from Kaya & The Science is a gloriously made new single with fascinating visuals to match.

Nightmarine‘ is packed with with real stories of Kaya’s father’s career marine biologist, the loss and grief felt after losing a loved parent, this is the life of a human dealing with the ups and downs of staying positive afterwards. This can be somber but you feel hopeful, this is a musician who believes that there is light out there.

Their inspiration comes from vaudeville, visual art, early Hollywood movie scores, Nordicana, wine, flamenco, trip-hop, music boxes, Paris and whiskey bars. This is an act with a wide-range of influences, they music is varied and this visual video gives us further insight into their style.

Nightmarine‘ from Kaya & The Science is a lovely music video, the vocals are glassy and crisp, the sounds keep you hooked throughout. This is a creative song that is so real, the story is about loss and also how to stay strong. A marvellous effort from this fine outfit that are surely going to get lots of attention from music fans.

Terrance Tisby aka Tommy Gunn grew up with his family in Detroit, Michigan. His cousin taught him to rap when he was just 9 years old and from there the music bug big hard. Music has the been the main motivation going forward and now this video announces their arrival globally.

Now based in Atlanta, Georgia, Tommy has joined forces with Marcel Shreik on this 420 livin’ free till you die type of Hip Hop track. This is a statement track that shows that these two are on a mission just to make good music and not worry about what other cats are up to. They know that their music is good and unlike some other crews, their music is not wack.

Marcel Shreik & Tommy Gunn roll in with a top Hip Hop track and the now Atlanta-based artists show their potential on ‘Built This City‘. This is a quality flow and the beat makes this a winner.

Melbourne singer-songwriter Jayvier is on top form with his new song about lost love on ‘Everything That Happened‘.

With the string-filled start, we are soon put into the story of the blizzard. he was at the bottom, was stumbling but made it anyway. He ended up missing that special soul, he thought she was gone. Somehow it worked out and he got to meet her in the end.

There is a lot of lovely indie-folk here, you can feel that this is a singer-songwriter who is well-traveled. He has seen a lot of music venues and bars, the extra bit of vocals is so great to hear. He projects his voice so well and the song is vibrant, full of stops to gain momentum again.

Everything That Happened‘ from Australian singer-songwriter Jayvier who is looking for his angel on this fine song, full of quality vocals and a story about lost love.

Howling indie groove with the debut from Aheartthing’s ‘Ye Ehn’

This is a howling indie groove with incredible vocals on Aheartthing’sYe Ehn‘.

This is the first release from Aheartthing’s new full length EP ‘Just Bekause It’s Tuesday‘. Self-written and produced by Mors, this is such a stunner of a track with emotive raps, the sound feels like its a sonic palate of enjoyable music to warm our cold hearts. This is a song for the movies, each vocal is placed into the ears and it won’t let go. This is an R&B journey that means something.

Aheartthing’sYe Ehn‘ is a terrific track that has a few different varieties of genres inside it. We are treated to a debut track that is one to watch, this is a new group that are planning to get their music out to as many people as possible. The world is a better place with indie music like this, the earthy feel gushes together like a barrel, there is some quality here.

Hank Quillen is an actor, singer-songwriter-producer who writes and records his own songs and has appeared in hit TV Shows and feature films. He is back on the music side this time with the groovy 70’s inspired jam called ‘Still Love You‘.

His latest release contains a lot of songs and this is due to lock down. Suddenly time was there to make all those songs he really wanted. Extra time was taken here to make this right and the class is so clear to see from this multi-talented performer.

This has that old school feel to it. It is 3am in the morning and you can just think of her. She consumes your mind even though she treated you so badly. You just tried to be there but it wasn’t enough, Your love is so strong still however and you can’t get her out of your mind.

Still Love You‘ from Hank Quillen is an honest song about love. You feel the passion here from the well-traveled singer and actor. This is a fine effort and the indie-folk honest drop-lings, are exactly what we need in 2020.

Taken off new EP ‘Surrender‘, this is the latest song from exciting LA duo C Major 7.

Working on a ridiculous amount of songs with a well-known producer based in Los Angeles, California, named Jeremy Gardner, is the stunningly sweet singer Liel Bar-Z . Their joint project is called C Major 7.

The rustling vinyl, the smooth vocals of this fine singer, these two make a quality team with a combined mindset right now. The plan is make beautiful music and this goal has been achieved greatly. Liel Bar-Z and Jeremy Gardner make a strong team with their soulful song, this is everything that we need during this sick time of mass carnage. Luckily, music like this heals.

C Major 7 strike an absolute gem here and ‘Believe‘ is that sad song that also contains true life stories. You are a bit naive to the world, you have some bumps and bruises- only to grow much stronger. This is a lovely ballad, full of love and knowing that you will learn from these crazy times.

Bay Area singer Phil Q steams up the windows with new R&B single ‘Temptations‘ and this is a hot new single from the promising Filipino artist.

With a sultry start, you feel yourself dozing off. When you are with her, the smell of her fragrance has you instantly hooked. Her sweetness is what you are looking for and her voice just makes you melt. Your heart is clearly with her and you want this to work out so badly.

After learning the piano when he was 6 years old, Phil Q is always challenging himself to learn new things. He is determined to show what he can do, guitar or any other instrument. Learning is the way Phil operates. His voice is fantastic here, each note feels like it has been carefully molded.

Temptations‘ from the multi-talented Phil Q is a marvel to behold. This is a fun R&B sultry and seductive single from this USA-based artist.
