The late Prince of Vegas: Luccy2X’s music lives on through posthumous single ‘Fuego’

Charles Vailes Jr aka Luccy2X was a thriving Las Vegas, Nevada-based Hip-Hop artist who was senselessly shot down early last year when he was just 20 years old, tragically leaving behind his distraught family and three-month old young daughter.

Known to those close to him as  C’Jaay, he will be remembered as a genuine young man who only had good vibes. He was sadly killed in a drive-by shooting by an acquaintance he knew- in an apparent jealousy-motivated moment of madness.

Instead of closing the door on his music forever and bolting it shut, his beloved Mother Kristal has decided to show the world what her son’s music was all about through his song ‘Fuego‘. This is a hugely courageous act in the name of her late son and is a touching moment that shows how much she believed in and loved him.

The track itself is a true street-hop bounce of a gem that shows you how incredibly talented he really was. His fire flow vibrates through the speakers and you can’t help but vibe with this on full volume. You just know he was set for big things as his lyrics talk of rising up and stepping into new company to fulfill his undeniable potential, while also dealing with jealous haters who didn’t like seeing him succeed.

Reese Alexander is absolutely spell-binding on his latest single ‘Hive‘ that will have you buzzing with excitement over a song that is so fascinatingly brilliant.

The Las Vegas, Nevada singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and band member of Vagrant Son and Natalie & The Damn Shandys, Reese Alexander, is an artist who projects independence from being boxed into any specific genre.

He punches above his own weight with a song that is so complex and made with a creative style that will have you overawed with what you have just heard.

Taken off the recent full album ‘Decima‘, this is the story of being unnoticed and keeping alive in this crazy world. The underdog stays away from the limelight until the time is right and this shows the humble nature of this top class performer. You can feel that he has lots of love to give and just wants he message to be heard all over the world. Inspiring peace and love is always a welcome notion to portray in this distraction-filled world.
