Future-proof The Youth: Erik “Blu2th” Griggs rises up outstandingly on the vitally important revolutionary anthem ‘IS IT THE END OR THE BEGINNING’ (feat. Hopsin)

Recorded at the legendary Dr Dre’s house and featuring one the rawest emcees in the game, Erik “Blu2th” Griggs shows the world that he can do it the indie way on his massively impressive debut single that will have you turning the volume up to the max called ‘IS IT THE END OR THE BEGINNING(feat. Hopsin).

Erik “Blu2th” Griggs is a world class American multi-instrumentalist, renowned music producer, and prolific songwriter. He was born in Ohio, raised in St. Louis, Missouri, and is currently living in busy Los Angeles, California.

He is best known for his involvement in the song ‘No Air, with Jordin Sparks and Chris Brown. On No Air, he’s the principle writer and co-producer with The Underdogs. He has written with the likes of The Underdogs, Tim & Bob, and Babyface to name a few. In his first three years in the industry, his work earned him a People’s Choice award, a BMI Song of the Year award, and a Grammy nomination.” – Erik “Blu2th” Griggs

The absorbing vocals are top quality here with a smooth beat that is haunting and has your attention totally locked in. The raps are raw and emotionally charged, as the lyrics combine to tell a story that seems to be so common in the USA right now. Things need to change as quick as possible before the rocks fall apart even further to cause a landslide like none other – with so many leaving Los Angeles already – to avoid the absolute mess that seems to be spilling all over messily like an overturned oil tanker.

IS IT THE END OR THE BEGINNING’ (feat. Hopsin) from Erik “Blu2th” Griggs, captures 2021 perfectly and has us invited into the stressful world that so many men and women of color see and face in America currently. Things are an absolute shambles currently with way too many dying for no reason, prisons full of people who shouldn’t be there, and a huge distrust with the law who should be there to help its citizens. This is a tremendous track that will strike heavily into your heart, as you wonder what and where the solutions will come from, before total carnage destroys even more innocent lives.

This might be one of the most criminally underrated and vitally important messages of 2021 already. Its up to us to open up our eyes and choose who to support. True peace needs to prevail, not unnecessarily profitable war. Black Lives Matter.

Struck A Nerve: Los Angeles underground rapper Jozondi shows his massive frustration with life in America on ‘Joker’

As he raps with such a meaningful barrage of mass disbelief with the police situation in the USA as it stands today, Jozondi pleads for the racial discrimination to end immediately on the power-punched new single named ‘Joker‘.

Jozondi is a self-aware Corona, California-born, Los Angeles-based indie rapper and screenwriter. He brings us heartbeat-raising conscious music that is real and to the point, never adding fluff and always keeping it truthful.

There are some people who live in a dream world, and there are some who face reality, and then there are those who turn one into the other.” – Douglas Everett

His eyes have seen so much and he knows that it makes a difference what color you are on the street to the blue lights. He acknowledges that there are indeed good people interwoven into the brigade too, but there aren’t enough right now to make things better short-term. He flows with a such knowledge of the current situation and you have to admire his bravery in telling it how it is, despite him now being possibly targeted by those who will think he is too extreme.

Joker‘ from the courageous Corona, California-born indie rapper Jozondi, shows us an artist on a mission to get his message across. He believes -with millions around the world nodding their head in agreement –  that things needs to change soon, before more lives are either lost or destroyed, from a force that needs to clean up quickly. Injustice must be eliminated and fairness needs to be the norm, not the opposite.

Fading My Creations: Determined LA feminist band Agender things to another level with ‘Astro Tarot’

Returning to our anxious minds with their 2nd shuddering single off their upcoming ‘No Nostalgia‘ album that is set for fall 2021 release, Agender strongly barrage our battered souls with a twitchy new single that will have you looking around quickly called ‘Astro Tarot‘.

Agender is a uniquely ferocious Los Angeles, California-based four-piece indie post-punk/synth band. They make that earth-shattering music that easily breaks the fragile windows down — on small-minded people who just don’t get it — and is packed full of biting symbolism, that causes your blood-filled heart to suddenly beat much faster than before.

The song is an ode to Tarot and Astrology and the role they play in diffusing the anxiety of the unknown, and in navigating an ever disorienting world. It’s a reminder that ultimately intuition and free will prevail, as does the punk spirit.” – Agender

The gritty vocals slice a claw into your mind — as you sit back and imagine how electrifying they are live with such a buzz about them — with a vibe that sends your mind into a spin, as you remember that this is what real music is all about. The grind to get to where you need to be, no what what or who is standing selfishly in your way, is the only path to where you need to be at.

Astro Tarot’ from the new-age LA post-punk act Agender, confidently leads us into a new world that is hard to fathom, as the twists and turns can possibly knot you up quick like playing twister after a few glasses of wine.

Their music is angry, edgy and full of fight — as these are hungry women that are on the prowl and will take their prey — no matter what, as they growl with mighty delight as their street-smarts wins the day again.
