Lovingly taken from his debut one thousand-mile journey album called ‘U.S. 285‘, this is all about finding that true meaning and purpose in life, as Charlson returns with the reflective single called ‘You Say‘.

Charlson is a thoughtful alt-rock artist based out of Boston and Las Vegas in the USA. He makes that perfectly tuned road trip music, that has you thinking deeply about those flashback moments you wish you could take back, as well as those memories you want to make going forward.

This is the story about a lukewarm love that was going strong but things have changed and you feel that they are moving far away, as you want to instead move closer.

His honest voice reflects the pain with a groove energy, that catches your attention as you sing with him on the mellow chorus. There is a lot of intricate acoustic melodies with that old school 80’s feel that gets into your veins, as you gaze outside and wonder where that lost love really went after all these years.

‘You Say‘ from Charlson, is a sad tale about how you want to be with them so much, but you feel like they are actually driving away whilst saying the exact opposite. Their eyes are telling you the truth and they are locking away information that you need to know, as the relationship ends you wish that your love could burn bright like it was before.

Their vocals form as one on a sumptuous beat, you feel like you are flying happily in the moon-lit sky and looking into the striking eyes of a caring lover who you wish could stay next to you forever, your eyes are interlocked and you feel like you are stuck in time, floating in a happy state of ultimate bliss.

‘Wishing Moments‘ from the underrated Las Vegas, Nevada group The First Impression, certainly delivers on the aesthetic quality and you feel like you have heard a special song, that won’t easily be forgotten. They sing with such freedom and love as it propels you through all doubts up into the skies above, with that special one close by you, to help you through it all.

First impressions certainly matter and this is a track that gives you hope throughout all the current suffering. It feels like after a long hiatus, this is a sleeping lion that has reawakened and is ready to roar loudly again.

The late Prince of Vegas: Luccy2X’s music lives on through posthumous single ‘Fuego’

Charles Vailes Jr aka Luccy2X was a thriving Las Vegas, Nevada-based Hip-Hop artist who was senselessly shot down early last year when he was just 20 years old, tragically leaving behind his distraught family and three-month old young daughter.

Known to those close to him as  C’Jaay, he will be remembered as a genuine young man who only had good vibes. He was sadly killed in a drive-by shooting by an acquaintance he knew- in an apparent jealousy-motivated moment of madness.

Instead of closing the door on his music forever and bolting it shut, his beloved Mother Kristal has decided to show the world what her son’s music was all about through his song ‘Fuego‘. This is a hugely courageous act in the name of her late son and is a touching moment that shows how much she believed in and loved him.

The track itself is a true street-hop bounce of a gem that shows you how incredibly talented he really was. His fire flow vibrates through the speakers and you can’t help but vibe with this on full volume. You just know he was set for big things as his lyrics talk of rising up and stepping into new company to fulfill his undeniable potential, while also dealing with jealous haters who didn’t like seeing him succeed.

Reese Alexander is absolutely spell-binding on his latest single ‘Hive‘ that will have you buzzing with excitement over a song that is so fascinatingly brilliant.

The Las Vegas, Nevada singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and band member of Vagrant Son and Natalie & The Damn Shandys, Reese Alexander, is an artist who projects independence from being boxed into any specific genre.

He punches above his own weight with a song that is so complex and made with a creative style that will have you overawed with what you have just heard.

Taken off the recent full album ‘Decima‘, this is the story of being unnoticed and keeping alive in this crazy world. The underdog stays away from the limelight until the time is right and this shows the humble nature of this top class performer. You can feel that he has lots of love to give and just wants he message to be heard all over the world. Inspiring peace and love is always a welcome notion to portray in this distraction-filled world.

‘Hive‘ from the original Nevada musician Reese Alexander feels like a timeless song that will be entrenched into the book of underrated quality music that gives the soul a big hug. After a wild year, this is music that makes the world a better place.

Movie Monroe is a breakthrough Trap artist that’s taking the scene by storm with his passionate and progressive style which will have you hooked from the first verse. His latest track Tie Dye is a simplistic haunting of truths expelled over his subtle poetic lyrical flow which provides a poignantly resonate experience.

The Las Vegas based Alternative Melo Trap Rap Hip Hop enigma has produced a flawless 9 track album Aura Ultra, Tie Dye is just one of the standout tracks that hits you with hypnotising melodies and inches you closer into developing an affinity with this charismatic trap artist. I’ve often found Trap to be one of the most compelling sub genres of Hip Hop, the way that the attention is not demanded, it’s carefully extradited through evocative feeling and 80’s minimal beats that allow you to breathe throughout the track. It doesn’t pound with grandiosity or mediocrity it’s humanity stripped bare, wounded and raw. Monroe’s whole album is a delectable experience which proves to be the perfect platform to expose his versatile style.

Movie Monroe proves to be the ultimate Trap visionary with his latest hit Moneyman

Movie Monroe may just be my favourite emerging R&B artists of 2017, the sounds are lavish, poignant and styled in a way that David Lynch would even come to envy. The sound to Moneyman has been polished to perfection by NEDARB, the beat flows with ubiquitous ease, whatever mood you’re in, this sound has the potential to grab your mood with its individualistic trap styling. Monroe doesn’t demand attention in an obvious way, he puts out his lyrics in an almost shy capacity that allows you to really sink your teeth into what he’s putting out on the sound waves.

The ridiculously catchy song was released just a few weeks ago when the Las Vegas based rapper Moneyman gripped the R&B & Trap audience with a captivating wave of euphoria with its Melo Trap sound. The minimalist beat allows you to become enthralled by the lyrics that are put before you, curtesy of the exponentially talented Movie Monroe.

Monroe certainly doesn’t play by any rule book I’ve ever read when it comes to music. He flows with individualistic style that will soon have you begging for more of his enigmatic sound.
