Bringing us their second single following on from 2020’s release called ‘Caffeine‘ that only teases us further as their debut EP is due for release later on in 2021, Morgana turn on the kettle to full with their latest single all about being frustrated with small-minded humans on ‘God Damn Witch‘.
Morgana is a female-fronted Alt-Rock band based in Rochester in Kent, UK. Inspired by the likes of top acts such as Foo Fighters, Fall Out Boy and Halestorm, they knock down the dusty door and glide in exuberantly with that pop-punk and emo 2000’s, which has you completely captivated by their intriguing sound.
”Well, this is a song about how we can achieve anything we want to achieve in life, even if we need a push in the right direction.” ~ Morgana
You feel her full force flush through all the previous doubts that have clogged up her valuable mind – as she takes a massive swing and gets rid of all the doubters – so that only peaceful energy may be resonant to her hungry soul. The guitar riffs of pure excellence only gets you into the mood further to wash away the past fears of doom, that only reinforces the message of defiance.
”Influenced by their love of punk, grunge and heavy metal, they are working on their first EP and expanding their sound.” ~ Morgana
‘God Damn Witch‘ from Rochester, Kent-based indie Alt-Rock band Morgana, is a sizzling story about getting that push that was so needed to succeed. Its so easy to give up and talk about the what-might-have-been – when actually all you needed was some inspiration – from someone who actually believed in you, rather than bringing you down to their own unhappiness.
