AREEN

US-based EDM artist and producer AREEN is due to drop their simply mesmeric single “Backoff Shut Up” which finds the perfect balance between driving Electronica and sticky sweet Future Pop.

The progressive pioneering ingenuity which went into Backoff Shut Up stands as a testament to their ability to construct a solid track. Not to mention their talent when it comes to piercing you with the soul projected into it.

Usually, you’d be hard-pressed to find visceral emotion within an EDM mix. Yet, with a chorus which will absolutely floor you, Backoff Shut Up is a track which you’ll struggle to forget. Even from the first verse, you’re thrown headfirst into an intensely romantic soundscape.  Warming to AREEN after hearing the track isn’t a possibility, it’s an inevitability.

Spectrum – I Want Something: Sticky-Sweet Soulful Future House Euphoria

Up and coming EDM artist Spectrum dropped their latest mix “I Want Something” in January 2020. Any fans of the late and great Avicii are going to want to give it some much-deserved attention.

Spectrum shares Avicii’s rarely found ability to make their mixes spill plenty of sticky-sweet soulful euphoria. If your soul doesn’t feel lighter after hearing I Want Something, you can assume that it’s defective.

I Want Something may not be the most polished offering of Future Pop you’ll hear on the airwaves. But with the life and energy which the track contains, the production does little to hinder the tracks ability to greet you as an infectiously happy danceable earworm.

Up and Coming Pop Artist C Minor Has Dropped Their Danceable Debut Hit “LOL (Love on Loud)” featuring Madison Deaver

https://soundcloud.com/cminoristhekey/lol-love-on-loudfeat-madison-deaver/s-oGDbM

For their debut single “LOL (Love on Loud)”, up and coming Pop producer C Minor teamed up with the deftly talented Madison Deaver and created a progressively anthemic dance mix.

The chemistry in the collaboration is perceptible from the first verse to the last as Madison lays down her sultry and playfully powerful vocals on Future Pop Dance beats which keep to a solid structure to make sure the drops have a maximum impact.

There’s plenty of distinction in the mix as C Minor has made it all too evident that he has no intention of assimilating former artists. Instead, the rhythms have a natural and expressive feel which makes it all too easy to get hooked.

The emotion in Victoria Taylor’s fourth single “Got Me Moving” isn’t just authentic, it’s intense. The concordantly danceable Pop earworm is a testament to her creative maturity after she made her debut just two years ago with the single “All The Same”.

CONST – Horizons: Euphorically Nostalgic Instrumental Future Pop

For their debut, Electronica producer CONST teamed up with the equally as pioneering artist CHOVA to drop a euphoric Future Pop instrumental mix which is sure to inject brand-new life into your playlists.

Horizons is the kind of sun-soaked Electronica mix which will bring your summer nostalgia back like a flood. While there’s plenty of accessibility within the mix as the beats lead up to ecstatic breakdowns in the usual way. There’s also a slightly glitchy chaotic feel to the mix which would definitely be enough to make you want to throw away your dancefloor inhibitions.

After hearing Horizons, we can’t wait to hear what CONST has in store for 2020.

Jasen Coley – So Far Away: Oceanic Hazy Sunset Indie Pop

Jasen Coley

Californian artist Jasen Coley has made their debut with the Indie Pop album “Dream Life Away”. The standout track “So Far Away” is full of oceanic hazy sunset vibes, candid emotion, and perhaps most importantly, some of the most atmospheric hooks you’ve heard in Indie Pop this year.

The lovelorn wanderlust record is striking from the first spin. Jasen Coley set out to make their mark on the airwaves, and perceptibly they’ve succeeded.

Any fans of Mumford and Sons, Jason Mraz, and other pioneers of ahead of the curve Indie Pop will definitely appreciate the distinctively nostalgic feel behind this sweetly pensive single which is bursting at the seams with real raw connectable soul.

You can check out Jasen Coley’s single So Far Away along with the rest of the album by heading over to Spotify now.

Pop Artist Ramoné Has Made Their Debut with the Infectiously Catchy Hit “Change”

Pop artist Ramoné has made their debut with the introspective-packed single “Change”. Lyrical depth may not be high on the agenda for many Pop artists, but Ramoné has proven with Change that punchy modern Indie Pop rhythms and candidly resonant vocals do go hand in hand.

Jagged guitar progressions feed into the mix of high-octane electronic effects which make a myriad of evolutions as the single ebbs and flows in momentum, yet the entire track remains euphorically danceable.

Change is a track full of refreshing humility and equally as refreshing stylistic beats. Pop debuts don’t come much more exciting than this. Everything about the soundscape is nuanced, visceral, and polished.  It’s going to be incredibly exciting to hear what follows.

You can check out Ramoné’s single Change which dropped on November 14th for yourselves via SoundCloud.

Entrancingly Rhythmic World Music Meets Contemporary Pop in Ayaz Ismail’s single “Let Us Pretend”

“Let Us Pretend” is just one of the standout releases by breaking Pop artist Ayaz Ismail. In recent years they have found plenty of acclaim through their ability to fuse together Western Pop with Bollywood and World music to create masterfully concordant Future Pop soundscapes.

It’s safe to say finding more entrancing rhythms from an up and coming Pop artist would be like trying to find a needle in a haystack. With Let Us Pretend, the uniquely distinctive artist has left us hooked on their radio-ready sound which is all too easy to sink into and forget that there are millions of other love songs on the airwaves.
