RICKY delivers ethereal futurism in his latest electronica track, ‘Absentee Landlord’

Ahead of his upcoming EP, Nottingham, UK-based artist and producer, RICKY created plenty of appetite for his modernistic, future bass  mixes with the release of his single, Absentee Landlord.

With angsty vocal samples thrown into the complex layers of pulsing indietronica around the future pop female vocals, you can’t help but be endeared by the personality on offer here. Although, you won’t quite be able to pinpoint at which moment your rhythmic pulses became interconnected with the trappy bass-soaked beats and hazy synth-driven melodies.

Before making his solo debut, RICKY was one-half of the electro-punk outfit Battlecat; the duo toured alongside Two Door Cinema Club, Future Islands, Hadouken and plenty more before disbanding due to personal commitments.

With his solo project, Battlecat fans are sure to be appeased, but there’s an inexplicable ingenuity to his recent material that is sure to leave you hooked.

Absentee Landlord is now available to stream via SoundCloud.

https://soundcloud.com/dilemmaca/feeling-alive

‘Feeling Alive’ is just one of the recently released euphorically alchemic mixes from up and coming artist and producer Dilemma. Future Bass fans couldn’t ask for a more entrancing soundscape to immerse themselves within.

Feeling Alive boasts so much more than just momentum; the sense of ecstasy runs right through the instrumental mix that will be perfect for those hedonistic summer nights that make it impossible not to be grateful to be alive. Dilemma found a way to leave you feeling like what it means to be human is layered amongst the disco, techno and future house textures. We can’t wait to hear what is in the pipeline.

ADT proves that ‘The Truth’ doesn’t have to be uncomfortable with his latest moody electro pop hit

Dark, brooding electronica with a serious hip hop influence, all speeding beats, thumping piano chords, and layered, effected vocals, ‘The Truth’ from ADT is bass-heavy electronic pop with a menacing undertone; if Dre and Eminem had produced Avicii, it might sound something like ADT on ‘The Truth’.

There’s an obvious Marshall Mathers quality to the vocal here, mixed up with a very techno 140 BPM drum pattern and rising instrumental section. It’s a proper, classy dancefloor anthem with a catchy chorus and a kick to the drop, atmospheric and immediately comfortable at the same time.

Check out ADT’s ‘The Truth’ on Spotify, and follow on Facebook.

Sable_Neon captures the 2020 mood with their Alt Indie Future Pop single “Behind Bars”

Electronic artist and producer Sable_Neon has released their latest euphoria-laced single “Behind Bars”, which captures the global mood in 2020 by alluding to the scarcity of safety and security through lyrics which resound over expansive Trancey beats.

Any fans of James Bay, Gotye, The Lumineers, Avicii and Hozier will definitely want to delve into the compelling release which was orchestrated to soothe the soul while simultaneously charging you with adrenaline through entrancing Future Pop beats.

Sable_Neon may share similarities with the aforementioned artists, but there’s a magnetic sense of pioneering authority on offer in Behind Bars. Considering that each of Sable_Neon’s releases is created by transforming thought into emotion and then feeding it into music that’s produced to heal, that comes as no surprise.

Behind Bars is available to stream via Spotify.

Make Me Feel is the latest trancey drop to be released by EDM artist and producer Fading Echoes which won’t fail to invoke feelings of euphoria and reawaken the nostalgia of summers past.

It’s the perfect aural hit for anyone who has felt a little jaded. Given that it is 2020, I can imagine that will be a lot of us.

The tonally exotic single wasn’t orchestrated to be accessible and archetypal. It was constructed to leave you mesmerised by the unpredictable progressions as the soundscape flirts with a myriad of different genres. From Future Pop to Indie to Acid House to Electronic Rock, you’ll find it all within the finely crafted unforgettably distinctive mix.

Carrión – Never Let Me Go: The Future Pop Hit Your Summer Playlists Have Been Waiting For

Artist and producer Carrión has followed on from the success of their debut single with the release of their soulfully high-vibe single “Never Let Me Go”.

By pairing anthemically electric House beats with resoundingly evocative female vocals, you get to feel every ounce of emotion which was projected into the deftly orchestrated mix.

The entrancing feat of Future Pop is exactly what you’d want to hear a poolside DJ in Ibiza spinning. The Swedish-based producer may be relatively fresh from their inception, but clearly, they have what it takes to follow in the footsteps of the likes of Avicii, Martin Garrix, Calvin Harris and Tiesto. Get him on your radar.

Don’t Stop may carry a nostalgic element or two with the nuanced infusions of 90s Dance Pop, Disco and House, but Inzenze’s Trap-influenced production style sits way ahead of the curve.

There’s little room to wonder why Inzenze has been able to amass so much hype around their radio-ready sound. Get them on your radar, their infectious earworms will end up in your ears one way or another.

Lavinia blue – Know You: Atmospherically Absorbing Electronic Pop

https://open.spotify.com/track/4V1WAn2LsAZNxkACYIV4rR

There’s no shortage of up and coming talent on the airwaves. But that didn’t stop up and coming Dance artist Lavinia blue from setting themselves leagues apart and blowing us away with their second album “I Wish I Found Home”.

While each of the tracks is as soulfully absorbing as the last, the best introduction to the artist’s instantaneously enamouring style is the hook-filled Trap Pop mix “Know You”.

With a steady groove, atmospheric vocal layering, and plenty of use of spatial effects which allow the momentum to magnetically ebb and flow, Know You is an entrancing track from start to finish.

The quality of the production is one thing, how much soul Lavinia blue weaved into the mix is quite another.

Spectrum – I Want Something: Sticky-Sweet Soulful Future House Euphoria

Up and coming EDM artist Spectrum dropped their latest mix “I Want Something” in January 2020. Any fans of the late and great Avicii are going to want to give it some much-deserved attention.

Spectrum shares Avicii’s rarely found ability to make their mixes spill plenty of sticky-sweet soulful euphoria. If your soul doesn’t feel lighter after hearing I Want Something, you can assume that it’s defective.

I Want Something may not be the most polished offering of Future Pop you’ll hear on the airwaves. But with the life and energy which the track contains, the production does little to hinder the tracks ability to greet you as an infectiously happy danceable earworm.
