Trap opera emcee Morgane Matteuzzi ghosts in with ”Nightmare”

Produced expertly by Brian Spencer, this is a song like no other. Swiss singer and composer Morgane Matteuzzi studied vocals at the Royal College of Music in London with the well-respected Sally Burgess. She is currently studying modern singing in Berlin and shows off her hard work with the stunning ”Nightmare”.

Morgane sings opera and metal vocals for Etienne Pelosoff: a project mixing black metal and Jazz. With such a glowing resume, you can see why the world music scene is taking note of this wonderful talent.

”Nightmare’‘ is a fantastic fusion between opera vocals, metal vocals and dark electronic sounds. The results are absolutely astounding and my ears can’t believe what they have just heard. I listen again just to make sure and once again I nod my head in approval.

”Crossfire” is the incredible story of Sacramento Songwriter Morgalily’s 2nd chance

Indie Alt Pop/EDM artist Morgalily, has an absolutely terrifying real story to tell on her latest track, the stunningly delivered moody blues single ”Crossfire”. Trying to get your head around all the potential outcomes of almost being shot in a crossfire, must of been a real mind bender but luckily through music, she is able to express her story and pain at the same time. Music heals all wounds.

Based in sunny Sacramento, California in the USA, Morgalily has her 2nd chance and fully intends to make full use of it. Realizing that some friends aren’t really friends must of been a huge wake-up call and this song is full of darkness, sadness and reality.

”Crossfire” is Dark Indie Blues Rock at its finest with Morgalily’s gorgeous voice and a song that is so well put together. She doesn’t try to sing too high and everything is so natural. The vocals are crystal clear here, much like her 2019 Indie Folk track Peppermint Gold.

Morgalily has the world at her feet and I’m sure we will see an inspired artist who will grab her chance to see the sun rise again. Life is a wild journey and this song brought home some home truths. We all need to be careful about what friends we keep as ultimately, they reflect us.

Frantic Endeavor – 2+2: Girls To The Front

2+2 is the standout track from the debut EP by Frantic Endeavor in which the band incorporated a nostalgic sense of Pop Punk Clamour. As you’d expect the track is packed full of tight riffs and resonance along with an infinite offering of flawless drumrolls, to put it simply it’s a masterpiece of percussion fronted by female vocalist Lexie Lacock, who invokes a strong familiarity to singers such as Taylor Swift & Hayley Williams from Paramore. Yet as a whole, the sound that the talented collective of musicians has achieved is something like you’ve never heard before, each of the 6 musicians has a radically unique stance on their sound, the mix allows them to create the ultimate Post-Rock sound.

The Massachusetts based band Frantic Endeavor take their inspiration from acts such as Blind Revision, Among the Cypress & Summer Street to create their spell-binding, Progressive Rock sound.
