Newfaces embraces the chaos in his glitchy EDM hip hop single, I Can’t Make You Love Me

Experimentalism has always been an intrinsic part of Newfaces’ creativity. Yet, with his latest alt electro single, the LA-based artist and producer moved into Avant-Garde territory with his glitchy serving of hip hop, Neo soul and RnB pop.

With stormy and tribal textures entwined in the artful arrangement, I Can’t Make You Love Me is touched by chaos as a reflection of torrid human emotion. While the driving momentum in the gorgeously layered single never lets any of the weight in the candid lyricism sit uncomfortably. If Saul Williams collaborated with Radiohead, the sonic result wouldn’t be all too different from the absolute triumph that is I Can’t Make You Love Me. Newfaces’ sound leaves you with no uncertainty around how he managed to garner so much hype. He’s definitely one to watch.

On a track that merits being in a Hollywood blockbuster with Jason Statham, you are completely wrapped into this fabulous mind-bending anthem.

There is much to like about such a commercially-likeable song with loads to lather yourself into like a steamy foam party. This is the story about holding onto your soulmate and never letting them go, as you know that together, you two can conquer anything.

No Lies: Indiana-based music producer/rapper TSF reflects on his life with the foot-stomping ‘Doubted’

Released from his just-dropped 12-track album that shows us the world is ‘Too Far Gone’, TSF brings the house down with a tremendously electric speaker-breaking performance on ‘Doubted‘.

TSF is a youthful Indiana, USA-based indie hip-hop/EDM solo artist and well-established music producer who makes that honest type of music we can all connect to.

“Everything I do involves music. If I’m not listening to music, just know that I’m very unhappy,” Kaleb states. The sound he produces invokes emotion and allows listeners to relate. “I’m very personal with my music because that’s just it. I’m human.” ~ TSF

After previously only making EDM music which was showcased via his debut album ‘Retribute‘, we now find an innovative soul who has decided to bring his love of hip-hop inside his original creations. There is a highly imaginative musician here who is only interested in making something new for us to soak into, as he refreshingly avoids copying anybody else.

‘Doubted‘ from the Indiana, USA-based indie hip-hop/EDM solo artist and music producer TSF, is a roaring effort all about looking back at your life and keeping positive no matter what the storms outside may be doing. This is an ear-rattling effort that is filled with raps and a thumping beat that has your heart beating rather quickly. Just the way TSF intended.

Electronica artist and producer, StartFromSKratch has released his soul-awakening hit, If I’m Yours.

Dogjoy takes ‘Control’ in their autonomy embodying feat of alt-electro.

Floridian alt electro-pop duo, Dogjoy, have released their most entrancing single to date with the bit-crushing seminal track, Control. The dance-worthy  hit combines the duo’s love of 808s against distorted synths and lush vocal melodies; it’s a bitter-sweet aural pill that fans of Chemical Brothers, Caribou and Crystal Castles will want on prescription.

As he ingenuously sauces up the breathtaking beat to keep us sipping on the delicious water like a thirsty kitty cat, Stal is at his best with the Pins track ‘Ghosting‘ (Hard Dub Stal Mix) that certainly raises the temperature to cooking hot.

Stal is a passionate and multi-talented self-taught Leeds, UK-based indie EDM music producer, pianist and guitarist, who has gotten back into music again after getting divorced.

The unit-breaking speakers seem to shudder collectively in unison to a thunderbolt of electric rays from a different planet to ours – as this sonic experience only gets better and better throughout – while you look around and nod in approve at the mesmerized crowd who are sweaty and loving every moment of this powerfully constructed track.

‘Ghosting‘ (Hard Dub Stal Mix) from Pins, is an I-can-control-myself type of track that is full of electric energy and flashing lights for us to delve deeper into. The mood is rather ominous and the silky energy is deep inside your carving bones, as the moody sound seems to warp wonderfully through your alert body to give you those excited chills.

This is a highly worthwhile remix from an artist who is back and not going anywhere else again.
