Love Angeles – Invincible: A Sticky-Sweet Earworm Which Grabs You and Refuses To Let Go

Straight off the bat, Love Angeles’ massive new Indie Pop hit “Invincible” grabs you and utterly refuses to let go.

All too often, tracks with titles such as ‘Invincible’ can seem trite before you even hit play, but Love Angeles offers the sincerity that the Pop genre has been crying out for. As the high-octane electric hit courses through its progressions, you can expect to feel some pretty intense fuzzy feelings, you might also feel a little in awe of the delectable smorgasbord of stylistic prowess on offer in Invincible. Rock and Pop perfectly entwine to create a universally enticing to record. I can’t help but feel a little excited about what comes next.

Britpop melodies with The Shop Window on ”Evacuate”

The Shop Window from the UK are here with their latest single and it’s a real winner called ”Evacuate”.

This new track from the British boys is all about getting away from this crazy world with that special soul. You just want to break away and get up in the sky, heading far away from the madness on earth.

The Shop Window have an indie-pop kind of feel to them and are certainly a pleasure to put up on full volume. They have a rhythmical style about them and you can’t but help notice their Britpop vibe. This is a top quality act that impress on this catchy track.

The new song is taken off debut album ”The State Of Being Human” which has just recently been completed at Raffer Studios in Kent. With a splendid sound, we can look forward to a huge release from this top UK band.

Watch the video ahead of the release on the 14th August on YouTube.

David Wakeling returns with brilliant ”Stolen Moments, Borrowed Time”

David Wakeling is a singer-songwriter from Portland in Oregon. He is a full time physician and his music allows him to escape the crazy world for a while. He is back with his new song ”Stolen Moments, Borrowed Time”.

This is an Original retro synth 80’s pop track written and filmed at David’s home during the wild Covid isolation times. The song is perfect for these times as it reminds us all that we are on borrowed time and need to make the most of it.

Stolen Moments, Borrowed Time” is a lovely song from sushi fan David Wakeling and this humble man who donates all of his music earnings to charity has given us a magical song that is so full of love.

The Portland singer-songwriter with a heart of gold is a terrific listen as he reminds us of being present in life. After 11 albums in his collection to date, David is a sucker for harmonies and a good story. He hope to convey those elements in his music.

UK Alt-Pop artist Eve Perrin showcases her immense talent with ”Nostalgia”

Eve Perrin is a fabulous singer-songwriter based in Leeds and Manchester in the UK. She is back with her latest single and this new song finds Eve in nostalgic mood with her ”Nostalgia” single.

Taken off the latest EP ”Hiatus”, ”Nostalgia” is a wonderfully crafted track for 2020. The vocals are smokey cool and I like the bounce and vibe of the creation. This is indie-pop soaked with a powerful style that makes you listen twice as it’s so nice for our tired brains sick of the depressing news.

The young alt-pop artist from the UK makes dreamy indie music with a R&B sprinkle to keep it all so fresh and so clean. Eve Perrin has the sound of the younger generation in the palm of her hands. She makes everything feel so safe and pure. Eve’s voice is effortless and I can’t stop dancing to her style. This is exactly was 2020 was shouting out for.

Bianca Isabel – Will It Be Enough: Straight from the Soul Naturally Captivating Pop

https://soundcloud.com/user-615694581/will-it-be-enough/s-wNjme

When you hit play on a Pop single, you’ll hear one of two things, a plasticised soundscape orchestrated to appease as many people as possible, or, a naturally captivating aural experience. Bianca Isabel’s latest single “Will It Be Enough” is definitely the latter.

The soulfully expressive Indie Pop track may get a little experimental with the instrumentals by throwing in nuances of Rock around the pensive tone of the keys. Yet, the real distinction lies in the candidness of the lyricism. Expect empathy pains as Bianca Isabel runs through the lyrics which sting with resonant insecurity.

We’re already stoked to hear what the 16-year-old New Zealand-based singer songwriter will pull out of the bag next.

Alt Indie Pop Artist SELKI. Drops Her Latest Single “BREATHE”

Melbourne based up and coming Electronica artist SELKI. may have left a fair enough gap between her releases since her 2017 release and their new single “BREATHE”. But it is evident that SELKI. has been taking the time to mature her unique brand of immersive Pop without leaving the raw Indie feel of her singles behind.

It isn’t all too often that you feel that you are able to truly make a connection with a Techno House Pop track, yet, SELKI. has made sure that there’s enough space in BREATHE for massive dance rhythms, groovy bass lines, and lyrical depth. BREATHE was inspired by the pain felt when moving forward, which should be a positive experience, but the track alludes to just how hard it can be. The repetition of “just breathe in” almost becomes a mantra throughout the single proving that there is a right way to utilise repetition within EDM.

You can check out BREATHE for yourselves, head on over to SoundCloud and also check out her earlier releases.
