Through a unique blend of Indie, Pop, Post Punk and a slight hint of Soft Grunge the debut single “True Love” from the Revolvers was born. The fourpiece band hailing from London managed to weave sonorous amounts of distinction into their sound with their mellifluous vocals and atmospheric energy. Given that the production was put into the deft hands of George Apsion (White Lies) it’s no surprise that with their first single they were able to conjure melodic contagion through their instrumental progressions. But as immersive as the mix of Jangle Pop and Classic Rock guitars are, it’s the clever soundbites contained within the lyrics which will make this energetic hit stick in your mind like superglue long after it has faded out. Expect inviting layers of harmony to entwine with the punchy energy of True Love.
