Ornament, an alt-rock trio from Brighton, have released a great rock song with pop undertones. The recording quality, which is evident from start to finish, is high and certainly deserves our attention. From the opening guitar, that sounds like something you’d hear on early material from Green Day, to its conclusion, this song impresses.
The band, whose members are all in their thirties, have chosen this track as their debut, after taking time to land the right bassist, and its clear why. This is a strong statement of intent from an act born from the ashes of Moontrap.
Do yourself a favour, folks, and put this song on a playlist.
This band is going places.
