You can usually tell a lot about an artist by their chosen title. In Moody Bear’s case, it just makes their bitter-sweet brand of Indie concordance even more enigmatic.
The US-based up and coming artist’s debut album “Mood Swings” is sure to provide fans of ambient acoustic Indie with salient aural salvation. I’ve probably never compared an up and coming artist to Paul Simon, but there’s a first time for everything, and within the subtle harmonics contained within Mood Swings you’re sure to be arrested in the same capacity of what you are listening to Simon’s greatest achievements.
Yet, there’s an infinitely more contemporary feel to Moody Bear’s stylistic approach to sound. The crystal-clear production and full-bodied instrumental arrangement complete with orchestral strings contain cathartic mesmerism prove that Moody Bear isn’t your average breaking Indie artist.
