You won’t hear many R&B Soul tracks about introversion and antisocial tendencies, so, we’re left with the impression that R&B artists are all equipped with a larger than life outlook. Up and coming artist Maxtallies’ latest single “Antisocial” allows you to see that artists come in all forms of existentialism.
Antisocial offers candid introspection alluding to the anxiety and frustration which stems from wanting to shut the door on society. The lyrics don’t hold back, resulting in Antisocial being a raw soundscape which is packed full of resonance. While the production quality may not be the highest, and the synergy between the Hip Hop style beats and Maxtallies’ vocals may not be the strongest, there’s no getting around the fact that you will feel slightly bruised as you listen to Antisocial unfold.
