With one of the smoothest voices in the Indie Rock genre, it’s no surprise that the up and coming Bluegrass artist Logan Taylor created one of the sultriest concordant Folk tracks we’ve heard this summer. White Wolf is a prodigally poignant single which comes to live through intricate acoustic instrumental arrangements which carry a jangly, up-beat quintessence along with those low down and dirty guitar chord progressions which you’d expect from an archetypal Americana track.
At the age of just 19 the Bloomington, US based singer songwriter sings with maturity beyond her years. Her vocal offering in White Wolf carries no fragility or naivety just an expression of pure female strength which shouldn’t come as a surprise from a track named White Wolf.
