MOONLIGHT is the latest drop from Hip Hop Rap artist’s Goliath Cruz and Jovi Jov, from the first verse it is easy to see that the two up and coming urban artists have massive mainstream potential with their instantly accessible sound. They know exactly what fans want out of a contemporary R&B-driven Hip Hop track and they delivered it. Whilst it was easy to feel the flow of MOONLIGHT, I couldn’t help but think that there was a touch too much effects used on the vocals, I’d love to hear a more natural, authentic style from the artists. Whilst the verses were delivered with a smooth enigmatic fluidity I would have loved to have heard a more solid structure when it came to the lyrics. With their rhythmic talent, it would be amazing to hear the duo pair up once more and hit us with a sentiment heavy track.
