Rap artist and producer Gabey Baby has taken to the mic and the 808’s to create his latest Trap mix ‘Like Woo’; as much as I didn’t want to endorse a track put out by an artist with a name that’s on the wrong side of cringey, I couldn’t help but love the track.
He allowed his playful style to take over the composition of the mix, proving that you don’t have to take yourself seriously to put out seriously dope beats. There was a tad too much effects on the vocals for me to fully enjoy the Rap bars, but I have no doubt that the track will still fall to critical acclaim amongst Trap fans. Gabey Baby’s Hip Hop style is almost eccentric enough to see him sharing reminiscence with Nerdcore artists such as MC Frontalot, MC Lars, and MC Chris.
