I haven’t been so in love with an Indie Hip Hop cross over since Paul Banks from Interpol teamed up with RZA from Wu Tang Clan to create Banks & Steelz. Eric Spoke’s vocals had the exact same effect of sending shivers down my spine with his resoundingly sensual vocals. Spoke’s latest single Feelin’ Fine is a stylishly High Vibe track that I certainly won’t be forgetting about in a hurry.
The Orlando based Hip Hop vocalist, engineer and producer seemingly had everything under control when he released his first single on 4/20 (nice touch), I have no doubt if he continues to create beats such as Feelin’ Fine, he’ll be a household name in no time. His playfully crooning Rap bars are a refreshing change from the rest of the generic Hip Hop floating around on the scene. The complexity in his almost haunting electronic Trap style beat has a lucidly ethereal effect as you soak up the multi-layers of sound composed by a man that knows just how to orchestrate passion, soul, and sex appeal into his sound.
