Anyone would think Club Hip Hop has gone out of style with the discernible lack of anthemically-charged urban EDM beats on the airwaves. Yet, DWizz ThakIdd has gone back to the old school rhythms of Hip Hop to serve up a contemporary soundtrack of hedonism with their latest single “Rent Due”.
If you could imagine an X rated version of TLC iconic hit “No Scrubs” with fiery beats and insanely salacious lyrics, then you’ll get a fairly accurate idea of how Rent Due unfolds. I’m not all too sure I can fully get behind the concept of sleeping men in exchange for them paying the rent, regardless, Rent Due remains an earworm which you won’t be forgetting in a hurry.
