Alluding to the energy oozing from a masterfully dark, palpitatingly caustic track is never going to be the easiest job in the world, but DanielFromSalem made every manner of praise seem understated with their latest single “So Loco”.
With his latest single, the buzzing, unfriendly synths sit in a bed of bass-heavy metal, creating a pioneering soundscape which still retains plenty of accessibility for any fans of bouncier Post Hardcore. The lyrics warn that he’s about to lose his shit, and for once, that expression felt all too believable, there’s an incredible amount of synergy in So Loco between the sniping lyricism, the unfiltered passion, and the ominous fever which runs through the instrumental arrangement.
