While there are many artists experimenting with Alt Hip Hop by using elements of Rock and Metal, nothing resonates in quite the way that up and coming artist D47’s latest single “Tired”.
The track kicks off with a fairly archetypal Hip Hop prelude before leading up to the explosive chorus in which D47 hits you with vocals which could have given Chris Cornell’s a run for his money. The multi-layered Hip Hop transgresses throughout the single offering you punchy electronic energy against cutting swells of orchestral strings.
What artists such as Yelawolf and Saul Williams brought to the Hip Hop genre D47 has brought with his latest upcoming single Tired. And I can assure you, absolutely nothing sounded tired about his latest drop.
