If you’re always looking for the next evolution in sound, look no further than Collin Selman’s striking genre-mashing debut single “$ellophane”.
The single emits the same brand of introspectively deep melancholy as you’d find in any highly acclaimed Radiohead track. Yet, the US-based artist carved out their authentic hazy soundscape with elements of Urban rhythms making lovelorn self-defacing tracks feel fresh once more.
Any fans of lyrical ingenuity will come to appreciate lines such as “like a ribcage of cellophane, it’s you” and “I’m not worth the blood in my veins”; and that’s just one of the artfully expressive elements found within Collin Selman’s debut.
You might have to wait a little longer before you can check out Collin Selman’s psychedelically raw single $ellophane for yourselves, which will be available from the date of release via their SoundCloud page.
