Using ‘EDM’ as a genre is usually fairly lazy, but when it comes to the prodigal amount of experimentalism found in Rinccali, I’m sure I won’t be the only one completely at a loss when it comes to defining the soundscape. Has Bobsan transgressed the notion of genres completely? Potentially. Every subtle drop and switch up found in Rinccali is a new venture down a different rabbit hole.
Rinccali isn’t a mix which allows you to feel comfortable at any stage of the progression, instead, Bobsan continues to pull you in new directions never giving you the reassurance of predictability. So, it’s safe to say that Rinccali is a hit.
