Radio is the debut smash hit from 34K other-wise known as Karrington Donald, a stunningly staggering R&B Soul and Pop artist from Humble, US that quite evidently knows what she’s doing when it comes to creating new psychedelic sounds from an ambient mix of genres. With her latest project 34K has incorporated Ska undertones into the mix with her pioneering songs that come off her latest EP ‘Wishful Thinking’ which went viral with it’s release back in September 2017. The charismatic singer song writer aimed to create the ultimate feel good anthem with her guitar based sound, which is perfect for any R&B fans that have a preference to the old analogue sound. Each track on the EP is an anthem in its own right. Donald’s lyrics have an almost twee charm to them, if you could imagine sticking Lily Allen in a R&B blender with a better sound behind it you’d almost be close to the harmonic sound of Radio. Radio is the perfect track to lose yourself in day or night, the cathartic power of the track is definitely not to be underestimated.
