Charles Hansen has dropped an aural EDM monster we can all relate to with “Quarantine Distress”

https://soundcloud.com/charles-hansen-music/quarantine-distress

Synths don’t come much friendlier than the eccentrically accessible notes in the aural monster of an EDM mix “Quarantine Distress” by Charles Hansen which was released on March 26th.

The funky vibrant mix may bet short and sweet, but the instrumental track is entrancingly energetic from start to finish. Charles Hansen typically sticks to composing more melodically transient tracks. Yet, Quarantine is an organically uplifting mix which will be more than efficacious at pulling you out of your own isolated funk.

Finding Electronic Dance producers who offer personality and soul through their tracks may not be an easy feat, but Charles Hansen has more than made up for that shortage. It may not fix the current hand sanitizer and toilet paper scarcity, but any discerning EDM fans will agree that danceable euphoric earworms are just as essential.

Clean Bandit – Symphony feat Zara Larsson SYSTEM KIDS Remix

https://soundcloud.com/systemkids/clean-bandit-symphony-system-kids-remix

Up and coming producer SYSTEM KIDS has put their deft touch on a myriad of iconic contemporary Dance hits. Yet, the perfect introduction to their sound is their sticky-sweet reimagining of the viral hit “Symphony” from Clean Bandit featuring vocals from Zara Larsson.

The mix amplifies the euphoric ecstasy which found in the original, making the soundscape even brighter, even more visceral, and infinitely more danceable. Straight from the first verse, you’re thrown into a high-octane Dance Mix which offers nuanced additions of House and Trance.

The Symphony remix stands as a testament to SYSTEM KIDS production skills. It’s only a matter of time before the world becomes just as enamoured by their stylish approach to EDM as we are.

Philip STEVENSON – Where’s My Mind? featuring Emarie:

https://spoti.fi/2TCTCCa

If you’re always on the lookout for new nostalgic Trance-laced House mixes to get your euphoric fix, look no further than the standout release “Where’s My Mind?” from EDM artist and producer Philip STEVENSON.

Even though there’s plenty of accessibility within the mix which will throw you right back to the golden era of Trance, there’s also a heavy serving of spacey futurism. The effortlessly smooth vocals from Emarie brought transcendent energy to Where’s My Mind? and made it all too easy to get caught up in the mellifluous danceable rhythms.

While it felt that there was an excess of reverb and effects in part, the structure and momentum put behind Where’s My Mind is an affirmation that the up and coming EDM producer has plenty to offer to the airwaves.

PvssyCat – The Pvssycat Project: Ingeniously Crafted EDM Hip Hop Insanity

If you like to know where tracks are going to take you from the first time of listening, PvssyCat’s debut album “The PvssyCat Project” definitely isn’t for you. Alternatively, if you love nothing more than ingeniously crafted aural insanity, prepare to be blown away.

The majority of music which we hear usually merges at least two genres together. But you’ve never heard experimentalism quite like this before. Context-less vocal samples weave their way into the mix as the futuristic EDM Hip Hop instrumentals carve plenty of their own insanity.

There’s no way of knowing where the mercilessly fast-paced bass-soaked tracks will take you next. But if one thing is strikingly clear, it’s that this up and coming artist is worth having on your radar. Especially if you’re as keen as us to stick your teeth into truly distinctive tracks.

Ian Edson – Elevate: Euphorically Sonic House

With their latest mix “Elevate”  up and coming LA-based producer Ian Edson has given Tech heads another reason to include his House mixes on their playlists.

The high-octane sonic floor filler utters the simple mantra of ‘Elevate’ over the simple, yet extremely effective danceable rhythm. The anticipation is set for the euphoric breakdowns by inventive uses of phasers creating drawn-out caustic sweeping effects throughout the mix.

Elevate may be slightly darker and harsher than your average House mix, but it still does exactly what it says on the tin.

Trance Tech House Producer Darth Athena Has Dropped Their Viral Hit “Pinnacle”

Darth Athena may have only dropped their mix “Pinnacle” a month ago, but in that time, plenty of harsh Techno fans have scoped out the distinction in their perfectly polished production. With over 100k streams on SoundCloud alone, the track is well and truly worthy of its name, yet, it’s left us with the sense that we definitely heard the best from the Atlanta, Georgia-based producer yet.

If you’re looking for danceable, dirty, euphoric beats which unravel with plenty of atmospheric conviction, look no further than Pinnacle. With subtle elements of Disco and Pop weaved into the mix, Darth Athena created a dynamic club dance track which any Tech House or Trance DJs will want to be spinning.

Fantarka – Deep Dive: Ingeniously Immersive Trance

“Deep Dive” is the incredibly apt title of the up and coming Washington-based artist Fantarka’s latest mix Deep Dive. The track kicks off with a Hardstyle prelude before evolving to a Harsh Trance mix which infuses plenty of inventively experimental effects ensuring that nothing about the progression of this track is archetypal.

Even though you aren’t able to follow the rhythm as you would in any typical Trance track, your senses are heightened as you anticipate what band of aural chaos will throw at you next. Any fans of Atari Teenage Riot will become instantly enamoured by the virile yet deftly orchestrated instrumental mix which is incredibly uplifting. For a track to be uplifting and mind-bending is quite an impressive feat, we’re already more than excited to hear where Fantarka takes their sound next.

Leigh Bryans – Lost Time: This One Is Definitely for the Beat Freaks

Trance may just be the hardest genre of all for an up and coming artist to stand out within. Yet, Leigh Bryans won’t have to worry about that being the case for his relentless veracious mixes which carry a commanding amount of aural vehemence. The perfect introduction to the producer’s merciless approach to Trance is their standout single “Lost Time”.

While some music is composed to comfort, Lost Time is a track which is all about disconcerting the listener at the same time as commanding rhythmic attention through the unrelenting smacks on the drum pads which come with a potently magnetic pull. It’s not often that you can call Trance entrancing, but Leigh Bryans is by no means your average Trance artist.
