Liam Colbert aka Rise Carmine, is a talented Toronto-bred multi-instrumentalist and Berklee College of Music graduate. He is a rule bender who lights up where others hide the fire away, as he makes that spark-fueled music that certainly has your attention lifted to places you didn’t know possible before.

Rise Carmine strives to find the balance between a well-written song and a dazzling brand of showmanship, between a chorus that you can sing along to and dual-guitar-harmony heroics that harken back to a time of tighter pants and longer hair.” – Rise Carmine

With vocals that are supremely translucent and fills your ears with so much hope, this is a song that you will want to play again and again.

Blinded By Your Love: Toronto’s Lake Major wonders why they drifted so far apart on ‘Wherever You Are’

With a tearfully heartfelt glance at the past as you remember when you were let down by a soul you loved so dearly, Lake Major expertly slides on his stylish hat and brings us a delicious deep house beat that helps ease the pain on the splendid ‘Wherever You Are‘.

Lake Major is a multi-instrumentalist musician, former punk rocker, drummer, pianist, sound/recording graduate, and electronic producer from high-rise Toronto, Canada. He has an unmistakable ability to fuse songs together that have beautifully haunting melodic soundscapes, mixed expertly by a confident artist in his prime, who keeps things smooth and crystal fresh.

Her vocals simmer into the sea sadly – the fleeting memory of their time together is so romantic – but now soiled and tainted with their distant memory that jumps your heart into a somber state. This is a time that you cherished and wish you could have back, but can’t. You wish them well but regret that you still remember them, as you still feel the hurt deep inside.

Wherever You Are‘ from the skillfully eloquent Canadian electronic music producer Lake Major, is a heart-stopping song that digs deep at your consciousness. You remember when you cared so much for someone and you let your heart open up, only to be let down as they slowly drifted away, to never be seen again.

Sometimes life is harsh and teaches you lessons, you will never forget.

Ralph Pezzullo sings the ‘Lockdown Blues’ in his latest single

Plenty of artists have released lockdown-inspired singles, but no one can sing the lockdown blues quite like a blues artist, case in point, Ralph Pezzullo’s latest sonically swampy bluegrass single, ‘Lockdown Blues’.

The up-vibe funk-bridled single comes complete with frenetic keys, quite simply virtuosic guitar work and Pezzullo’s expressively honest lyrics that come alive through his country pop-rock vocal timbre. If you could bottle what Lockdown Blues has to offer, we’d finally have bottled Serotonin.

The anthem is all too efficacious when it comes to reminding you that everyone can pull light out of the dark, even if we don’t have the multi-faceted talent that was exhibited in Lockdown Blues. If you could imagine what it would sound like if the Stray Cats merged styles with Wild Cherry, you’ll get an idea of the aural euphoria that laces the soundscape.

Lockdown Blues is now available to stream via SoundCloud.

Antonio Didiano pays ode to 80s pop with his RnB single, ‘I Want You Baby’,

Antonio Didiano

RnB meets 80s Pop in Canadian-born artist Antonio Didiano’s latest single, I Want You Baby, which pays ode to the lyrical, vocal and production styles of Antonio Didiano’s biggest influence, George Michael.

The sonic reminiscences may be plentiful in the synth-driven track but Antonio Didiano still manages to put his signature sound into the mix with the entrancing deep house beats that groove along with the infectiously amorous melodies. As much as we appreciated the serious talent on display in I Want You, Baby, we would still like to hear Didiano finding a more even balance between his own sound and his icon’s.

I Want You Baby is due for release on May 28th; you can check it out for yourselves by heading over to Antonio Didiano’s official website.

The Truth: Oceans Of Tears shows us what is really going on with ‘All The Children Are Dying’

With a heavy feel that has you feeling numb and rather emotional, Oceans Of Tears open the damaged door to what they see and hear around them, on a track that only those with a strong stomach should see called ‘All The Children Are Dying’.

Oceans of Tears is a music collective and the creation of Toronto, Canada-based Steve W. Boily from Les productions Alaska Productions, who loves to make rock and children’s musicals, songs and also videos.

He formulates that real type of music which has your heart beating extra fast and hoping that the world may find peace rather than carry on with these senseless actions.

”This track, performed by SHAWN, has three important themes and scenes. In scene one, the song tells the story of “Snowbabies”, children who are born already hooked on crack/cocaine because of their addicted and pregnant mothers. During the next scene, the song speaks about children & youth who are used as drug-runners in street gangs of U.S. cities. Finally, scene three shows children in third world, war torn countries, forced to take arms, to kill and maim other kids, women, and men, who oppose this tyrants’ rule.” – Oceans of Tears

This is the story about saving the children from this terrible pandemic of life being lost for no reason, as they follow fake leaders blindly and lose their lives for no reason at all. The rock influence shakes through the roof, as they let remind us what is going on all over the world right now.

All The Children Are Dying‘ from Oceans Of Tears, delves right in where others walk around. The streets are littered with these sad and inexcusable moments, which needs to be fixed so that the innocent children may live a life that is fruitful, full of wonder, peace and love. Just the way it should be.
